The hotel was conveniently located, the price was reasonable, the staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and it was good to have a pool and fitness centre

No sitting area in the lobby. Smelly in the area before the cafe.

The room are clean, and the staff is polite and nice. It is 10 min walk from Siam Paragon and Siam Square.
No ramp for strollers and wheelchairs at the entrance. This is disappointing. It would be so easy to set up, though.
The Wi-Fi system is also really inconvenient. It requires you to constantly reconnect whenever you're inactive. That's very annoying when you're trying to work.

Location . Staff in the front deck. They want to help guest.
No staff to take our bags. No late check out. The clean of room not perfect especially under the beds.
