Friendly staff. Simply wave to enter/exit the building which is smart. The walk is not too far from Pratunam night market and other cafe stores.
No accessible lift. If you have luggages, not convenient. We’re we’re on floor 4. Had to carry our luggages up the steep stairs. Didn’t feel too safe. The room for 4 people were also a bit too tight/small. Shared bathrooms and toilets with everyone on that same floor.

Facilities were there, it was clean, good beds
The noise. I was in the first room on the ground floor (I didn't particularly choose this), and there was so much noise. People from staff that had to be in the door next to our room (which always made me think they were going to come to our room), they were cooking which had a bad smell in our room, noise from people outside, talking so loud. I had an early flight so this was around 22h and it started again at 6h. I couldn’t sleep at all.
