Adorable apartment. Would stay again!

The property was perfect. 3 of us were traveling together and there was plenty of room. It was clean and convenient to everywhere in Bologna. Giuseppe was so helpful in getting rides for us and giving us info we needed

Owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. Flexible about check in and check out times. Was on call for any assistance or support. Giuseppe even came to see us personally to ensure that we had all that we required. The location was ideal, central to everything. Was very clean. Was pleasantly surprised that the flat’s fridge was stocked with compliments water, juice and soft drinks. Also a little snack basket. We thought it was a very nice touch. wonderful apartment in a great location .

Excellent location with plenty of space, particularly in bedrooms and bathrooms. Our host was superb: he met us after midnight, arranged a car permit and gave us some excellent recommendations. Air con was welcome.

You need to be aware of the driving restrictions before you arrive - this is not the host’s fault, but it’s worth mentioning if you have a car. The lounge area could be larger if you were thinking of spending time together in the apartment, but with so much to do in the area, why would you?!

Amazing stay at Residenza Pellacani

What a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, extremely clean, and much more spacious than we thought. The view was beautiful. The apartment was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The location was fantastic. We loved not needing to worry about a key (with a little one, it’s one less thing to worry about!). Walking distance to all major attractions. And the host! Guiseppe was a great host. He met us, explained some of the top sights in Bologna, gave us some GREAT restaurant recommendations (even making a dinner reservation for us), and was available for any questions we had throughout the stay. He had some cold drinks and snacks waiting for us at check in. He also helped us when we rented a car and needed to drive to the apartment to pick up our things. He set up a travel cot for our daughter, and even gave her a small gift!!!! What an amazing host. We can’t wait to return!

Essentially perfect - the location is great, the unit is excellent, and the host is even better!

The location, the property, and above all the host, are excellent. Giuseppe was very easy to communicate with in advance and was waiting for us outside the property when we arrived there from the train station. He helped us move our luggage into the beautiful unit (spacious, clean, modern, and well-appointed), made several recommendations re: dining, local sites, tours, and transport for day trips away from Bologna. However, what stood out the most was how much pride he took (and joy he derived) from being a wonderful and gracious host. Upon meeting our two young daughters, he immediately went to his apartment (just upstairs) and came back with a stuffed animal and doll for them. When I told him I needed to pick up a rental car the next day, he volunteered to take me there and brought me back. He even showed me where I might park near the train station (at his office) should we choose to take a train (instead of driving on our own) for a day trip. He was friendly, informed, responsive, and spot-on with his recommendations. It almost felt like we were staying with our favorite uncle. We would recommend Residenza Pellacani to anyone visiting Bologna highly and without hesitation.

The only thing that we would have preferred is for the laundry machine to be in the unit.

We loved our stay in Bologna! Giuseppe greeted us with a warm welcome and ensured we were spending a nice time there The apartment is brand new, everything is super clean, the bedroom was very comfortable with all the facilities Despite the small kitchen, there was pretty much everything we could ask for to cook for a few days The location is very central, with everything at a walking distance Thanks again Giuseppe!

Perhaps the insulation between apartments could be a problem, but at least it was very quiet at night

Guiseppe, his son and Rosy were amazing hosts. We went by car and Guiseppe organized a garage just on the same street for us.

Host made extra effort to ensure we had a good stay

The location was central and in a fun student district, although there weren’t any noise issues at night. The apartment was an easy walk into the centre of the city. Our host was lovely and really made an effort to ensure we were comfortable. He even gave our son a toy car and helped arranged our transport links on to our next location.

Great place in the center of Bologna.

The host, Giuseppe, was super friendly and helpful. The location is great, central but quite. Rooms are comfortable and two bathrooms are luxury. WiFi worked well.

Bologna is definitely an amazing city but this beautiful accommodation and Giuseppe made our stay even more memorable. The apartment is nicely designed, spacious and very clean. There is everything you need. It’s located in the city center and most of the sights are close by. Giuseppe is very friendly and helpful. He gave us a lot of good recommendations regarding sightseeing and food. This was one of our best accommodations we had so far. Thank you, Giuseppe! We will return!

Great small apartment in Bologna with amazing hosts!

The new apartment is clean, 2 bathrooms, everything one would need for your stay, Giuseppe sat down and told us the best parts of Bologna to visit and was so kind!! So was his wife! I really wanted to just move in and stay!

It is near the university, but that did not bother us at all! It was off a side street, but close to all the shopping and delicious restaurants!

The apartment was amazing. High quality facilities, spotless clean and nicely arranged. It is spacious and well arranged. The beds have been really comfortable and even though it is in the heart of Bologna it was super quiet during nights. All the sights and great restaurants are in walking distance. There is also a private parking garage belonging to the apartment right next door. And there is Giuseppe - the most perfect host ever! He was so attentive, giving us great tips for restaurants, sights etc. Thank you so much!
