The location was perfect. Right in the middle of everything. Great restaurants and felt safe. The pool was super nice and the host was amazing.

Friendly-smiley Owner, Tay. Family environment, felt like homestay. Food variety. Breakfast food, fresh fruits and drink variety. Good value for money. Owner was helpful in answering our questions in english and giving us a good guide in Ninh Binh. Convenient bike rental at the homestay.
Room with a view may be slightly misleading. It is the swimming pool view. It is still good though.

Very nice property, well maintained and managed. The host can help with every possible request. The bed is quite firm but didn’t bother me. Good breakfast offerings.
