The host is truly exceptional! Warm, unbelievably accommodating, and always ready to help. We arrived very late in the middle of the night, but she ensured our check-in was seamless and stress-free. On top of that, when we needed last-minute transport, she effortlessly arranged reliable drivers for us.
The homestay is cozy, peaceful and quiet. The bed was very comfortable, Wi-Fi was good, location is ideal, just a short walk from the town center and surrounded by fantastic local restaurants
Everything was great! If you are looking for top-notch hospitality, great comfort, and a unbeatable location in Sapa, stay here. We can’t wait to come back!

The second stay after our trek and Mrs Trang gave us the warmest welcome and very kindly ushered us up (to a bigger room than what we booked!) to get comfortable and showered before dealing with the bill- very thoughtful of her, we probably stank haha! We were very happy to stay here again and see Mrs Trang and her family, lovely people, lovely place. Can’t fault it at all.

Clean room and bath room, friendly host, good location with only a few minutes to the lake
Excellent value for price if you are not noise sensitive or light sensitive and do not spend a lot of time in the room.
Noise: children, dogs and motorcycles all the day
Soundproofing and privacy are compromised for ventilation and light: hole on the wall directly connecting to the hall way, the room door is partially glass. As a result, everything happening on the same floor feels almost as if it's happening right in front of you
