The condo was completely remodeled and very clean. Well stocked with everything you need. would stay here again. Location is perfect, close to downtown and coffee shops etc.

From check in to check out, everything was perfectly easy and explained. The condo is beautiful and extremely clean, in a quiet location, but still near to good restaurants and activities. Never had such a smooth, easy experience in the whole rental process. Great communication!

I was extremely well pleased with the accomadations. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Our host was very prompt with responding to our questions. The unit was wellstocked and the view of the lake was nice. The unit was conventienly located to downtown Hot Springs, Magic Springs and restaurants. I would definitely stay in the unit again..

Great location and views of the lake. The condo was nice but the property had construction going on and the amenities were pretty limited. The property management did not provide very good instructions upon arriving and there were no basics supplies provided as described in the property description.

Condo was very clean, nicely equipped and everything worked like it should. Booking, check in and checkout was one of the simplest and straightforward we have come across. The appliances were up to date and the unit has been remodeled nicely with tile throughout. The unit is conveniently located to anything you would want to do in town. Our only suggestion would be a few more pieces of silverware - specifically spoons - so you didn’t have to wash after every meal. We would stay again without reservation.

We spent almost two weeks at this condo and thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo interior is updated and looks just like it was advertised. The stock of supplies was more than the minimum. Communication with the property manager was excellent for the minor things we needed. I recommend this condo highly.

This property was even better than I had expected. The pictures don’t do it justice. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the bunk beds, so they didn’t have to sleep together. And I enjoyed the the 2 full bathrooms, so I didn’t have to share. 😊 It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The pool was great, when we didn’t have plans. And the condo had plenty of space for when we needed to be inside. Added bonus for me was the full size washer and dryer! I was able to do all of our laundry before heading home, so I didn’t have that hanging over my head. ❤️ I would love to rent here again!

Aunt/Niece Vacation
Owners were very accommodating with the early check-in request, even though we didn’t make it as early as we thought. The condo was very clean and well stocked with necessities.

Great weekend getaway
We (myself, my husband, our 9yo and 4yo, and our dog) stayed here for a long weekend getaway. It was clean and perfect size for our little family. It's only a convenient twenty to thirty minute drive from Bathhouse Row, Lake Catherine, and Garvan Gardens. It has a nice view of the river as well. The only thing I wish I had known before was that the table only has two chairs. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

A home away from home
This condo was a wonderful place to get away without having to get out and about. The location was close to everything we wanted - groceries, takeout, mini golf, water access - but had that cozy, tucked away feel with the view of the river and private patio. The space has been recently updated and was so well provisioned, especially the kitchen, that we didn’t need half of what we brought from home. The owner is very responsive and we plan to go back as soon as we can even if we can’t stay as long next time.

A perfect location for a Hot Springs Vacation
This condo was very spacious and gave us a central location to start all of our daily adventures. Everything was easily within a 20 minute drive. We will definitely use this condo again when we visit again.

The rental process was very simple and efficient. The location was convenient to local attractions. The condo was very comfortable and clean. The renovations were top notch. Loved the bedrooms and bathrooms. I would recommend this property to family and friends.

Hot Springs
Our condos were immaculate and the furnishings are beautiful. Sadly, my one year old granddaughter stepped on a raised nail on the deck and gave us scare. My son had to go out and purchase a hammer and hammered at least 60 nails down between the two condos we rented.
Despite the nail issue would definitely rent again. However, please make sure everyone wears shoes if they step out in the deck.

Last minute getaway
We rented this property as a last minute getaway for our family. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with and the condo looked just like the pictures. Overall, we were very happy with our choice (nicely renovated, view of the lake, well stocked with supplies, pool for the kids, reasonably close to area attractions). We would definitely rent again.
