The room was smaller than expected, but functional for a few nights. Location was central, closeby the train station, the main sights and many restaurants/bakeries, therefore we managed to move around on foot without any issues. However, it was quite noisy at night despite the two windows closed and it wasn’t that easy to sleep.
The host has been very responsive and available.
We really appreciated the check out time.
There are many stairs to arrive to the room.
We were in two but we only got one medium towel to share.

Perfect location for a short stay in Porto. Easy to reach from Porto airport. Plenty of options for eating out nearby and close to public transport. Airconditioning worked very well.
In spite of the description mentioning a kitchenette, cooking was not possible. No microwave and equipment available. Wouldn't have minded doing the dishes before leaving, but unfortunately there was no dish soap or tea towels available. Quite noisy as well, from both outside and inside the building.

Great spot. Host was responsive.
There was mold in the show recess. When we asked if the cleaner to scrub the shower mold, the response was , "There is a big difference between mold and moisture. What you call mold is moisture due to the fact that hot water is used daily." and " I hope that since HS doesn't match, Porto will be able to compensate you"
I did correct the host that black stains are usually mold spores thriving in warm, wet areas. Like the shower. The bathroom needs ventilation
