Beautiful property,high class, well maintained, really « nature » feeling, true to the presentation on the pictures. Staff very helpful and responsive, offering help even in issues not directly related to the stay at the property. Prompt answers to all questions before and during the stay
Moving to Chiang Mai slow because of traffic even though Grab is readily available.

The overall aesthetic was amazing. The garden was obviously well-planned and taken care of meticulously. It was LUSH!
7-eleven and ATM and a couple of food places nearby. There was a gym and a few pools. The receptionist spoke English well.
The location is inconvenient, far away for the city centre (20-30 min by taxi). The toilet and the bathroom is basically in the same room, there is a door and a separating wall between it and the main room, but it doesn’t go all the way up to the ceiling.
Be aware, there is a huge locked cage with two parrots and it was right under our room and the birds were very noisy! It is questionable why would a hotel even keep birds in a cage like that, because they were also noisy during the night.
Breakfast was meh.
For two nights it was a good place to stay at, but for longer stays I would reconsider.
