Zentrale Lage. Alles erwartete war vorhanden und sauber i.e. Kaffee, Thee, Früchte, Wasser, Kocher usw.
Kleines, dunkles Zimmer, alt, viel Strassenlärm gleich vor dem Fenster.

Il gestore, Gennaro, è stato molto molto gentile e ci ha accolto venendoci incontro al parcheggio attiguo. Ci ha dato tutte le informazioni per visitare la città e per parcheggiare l'auto. Il b e b si trova proprio nel vicino accesso al centro storico. Molto pulito, materasso comodo e doppi cuscini. Nella piccola stanza abbiamo trovato tutto per la colazione. Ci ritorneremo.

No wifi in this day and age. Ok the profile didn’t claim there was any, I made that assumption. But really?

Kind host.Kettle and coffee machine .. Mirrors in bathroom. Change of towels. Large double bed.
Noise of traffic. Window shutters were broken. Shower very small. Boutique by name - Boutique in reality. (Meaning cramped)

The location of the place is perfect, just few minutes walking from the centre. The host was amazing, giving us indications for the parking and tips for restaurants where to go. It was a very nice stay!

The place was clean, location great, AC worked, and the possibility to make a coffee in the morning. Owner friendly, speaks only Italian.
The shower was extremely difficult to get into, you have to be very thin. The sliding doors open only a little bit. The name Art Boutique is very much over the top and emphasizing it with a photo that is taken from the internet (wine/cake - google the photo and you will find it on many websites) and has nothing to do with the room you rent out. As such i would also say it was overpriced

The host welcomed us very warmly. We stayed there during our bike trip and there was a safe place to store our bicycles. The rooms were small, but they were clean and there was everything we needed. Breakfast was already prepared on our arrival in the room. The selection was ok and even included some fresh fruits.
The main picture of the property (Wine and Cup Cakes) and the wording like "Deluxe Room" could raise false expectations.

It's close to the train station.
The host wanted to be paid cash, in advance. I was sent out and look for a ATM to be allowed in (after I requested to pay the day after as I had not that amount of money with me).

Ground floor room on bus street. Absolutely no charm but good location right near pedestrian zone. Hard to find. Manager not on site and speaks Italian only. Overpriced in our opinion. Not ready for prime time. Manager needs to
Up his game if he is going to continue to charge his price. Prepare the room before the customer arrives. Provide bar soap for the shower!
