It was a last minute decision to stay and not drive straight thru to NJ. Glad we didand notdrive all the way home.

Clean, up to date. Excellent front desk customer service at check in. Breakfast attendant was accommodating on a special request.

Tv in room had diminished picture quality. Probably needs replacement. But watchable just a little fuzzy.

Brief but very enjoyable.

It was a great room, adequate space and amenities for time in the room beyond sleeping and grooming.

Took a wrong turn twice and nearly got on toll road when I didn’t mean too.

Enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. Overall, nice visit!

I requested 3 rooms close together and they were. We were celebrating an early Christmas in Somerset at the halfway point between families. We really enjoyed the Christmas decor and the friendly staff!!

Very good and convenient place to stay.

Clean & comfortable. Close to highway. Near Fallingwater. Near restaurants.

The outside of the hotel looks dated.

We just stayed overnight but the hotel was very clean and it served our purpose.

Nice and clean. Great value for the room.

Ease of making reservation.

Staff could be more discreet when card was declined. Was embarrassed because there were many people around Would like to be able to pay later, but one. If check in can be online, would like a pay option, as well.

Superb

We stayed here so we could visit the Flight 93 Memorial. The memorial is about a 20 minute drive from the hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They recommended a local restaurant and we were not disappointed. The room was clean.

I won't say I didn't like the breakfast. It was average and about the same as most other free breakfasts. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 2:45pm. Granted, check in time is 3:00. We had to wait about 15 for our room.

Exceptional

Everything! Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was very clean, and bigger than most hotel rooms. They also have a salt water pool, size between a hot tub and a regular pool, very relaxing. Breakfast was also amazing, and as long as there were customers there, they didn't shut it down.

There wasn't anything I didn't like!

I visit family in Somerset often, wr will stay again if we have our granddaughters with us.

Breakfast was ok. Staff friendly. Clean rooms.

Pool water was way to cold. No vending machines. The market (located in the lobby) was way overpriced.

if I stayed more than a day they don’t thoroughly clean the rooms and they state that front up.

Watch out - they don’t honor your booking.com rate

location right in front of the Volvo trucking station.

Fairfield Inn did not honor the booking.com rate and over charged me. The receptionist told me the additional amount is for incidentals and would go away. But in the end it was charged.
