Staff is super nice, willing to help. Great room with a terrace

the room was spacious and the staff was helpful but...

The shower was a disaster, i could not take the shower properly becuase the shower itsself is very very old and not much water coming out so it took ages to have some water to wash properly. They should have changed a brand new shower because nobody would except that kind of shower with some drops of water. They have a problem with water not coming out of the shower and the sink that much. The toilet is alway blocked. I was very disappointed and i could not do anything because i already paid for my stay.

the location far from the city centre and far from the bus station.

Omar is super. The staff and the other Guests made it feel like a home. It is easy to get the bus downtown or to the beach and there is a supermarket nearby. I loved staying here.

Nothing really to rate here, except for the air conditioning it was a relief.

Beds and pillows terrible very uncomfortable, room was not soundproof could hear everything going on in the room next door (use your imagination) until 2:30am. in the morning breakfast consisted of one cereal choice and nothing else and couldn’t figure out how to light the stove to make a cup of tea, the host did not offer any assistance. When asking for options to get back to the airport I was not told about Uber only the bus or a private taxi service. We figured out Uber was an option

Late arrival. Got key from box but unclear to which room. Locks not working well. Breakfast was poor. Cook your own coffee and even worse, we had to do dishes afterwards! Never again.

very friendly and helpful staff; cosy place. Good communication; they even let me wait a bit longer in the hostal which was very nice.

My room was at the 1st floor and I could hear all the noises from breakfast in the morning. The mattress was really bad, they knew they needed to change it. I just wish they ad done it already as I woke up with backpain.

Good communication with host (our flight was delayed).

No breakfast even though it said breakfast included at the stay. A lot of dogs barking in the area was disturbing sleep.

The staff wre friendly and resourceful. They also spoke English.

The black cat scared me, when I was going into the bathroom. He suddenly was coming out of the bathroom lol

Leidy is an exceptional host. Also, the place is perfectly clean, confortable and stylish. I'll be back if I'm in Cancun for sure.

In the room there are only two beds, few shelfs and little table. no hookers, no chairs, no decoration. Shared bathroom is not cleaned everyday, sometimes not even after guests are changed. All might be a bit cleaner generaly.

We was waiting an hour for staff despite the fact that I wrote to the hotel what time we will be.
