This 4 bedroom, 3 bath, quiet and serene family home is located on the beautiful Oneida Lake in Central NY. The home includes all accommodations for a comfortable stay (3 memory foam queen beds, full size futon sleeper, 2 Fold away Twin Size guest beds) full kitchen and cooking facilities, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, central air conditioning, and WiFi for your convenience. The open living space is perfect for entertaining and the upstairs executive suite allows for multiple families to stay comfortably. Includes large decks for enjoying the amazing outdoor areas, and stairs with landings leading down to your own private lakefront oasis! The home is located on the quiet north side of Oneida Lake, and because the home is elevated from the shoreline it offers some of the best views the lake has to offer! You will literally feel as if you could step outside onto the lake. The home also offers a fenced in back yard to keep the little ones safe and protected. Bring your boat, and keep right at the included dock. You can be enjoying restaurants, and in Sylvan Beach within 5 minutes on water and on land! Experience some of the best fishing on the lake, with hotspots for bass and walleye right out in front of the property. You will also experience some of the best views of fireworks around the lake should you be lucky enough to stay during these times! The property also offers winter lovers a taste of what makes Upstate NY winters some of the most beautiful around. The property is conveniently located right off a major snowmobile and ATV trail with easy access for both. It also could provide someone a nice quiet location to stay while visiting the Turning Stone Casino as it is less than 30 minutes away. For rainy days we have recently added some new games; foosball, ping pong, darts, and wii! If you are a nature lover you will not be disappointed, as it not uncommon to see deer, owls, and our resident bald eagle flying by! For Sylvan Beach attractions this location can not get more perfect. Your family will still be close enough to the action, but far enough away to get some relaxation later on. It also would make a perfect location to stay while visiting for one of the wedding venues in the beach. You will truly feel like you are on a relaxing retreat, with lake views visible throughout the entire home!

We stayed here for a girls weekend, there were 7 of us and we found the house to be perfect, clean and well equipped. Plenty of space to spread out, a variety of different areas in the house to enjoy or relax, just sit on the deck and enjoy the view, or play games down stairs. Our group takes a trip every year and we all felt that this was the best rental so far. We are already talking about visiting here again.

Mini reunion of 7 high school (40 yrs ago) buddies! Well kept home with many amenities (as advertised). Hot tub on back deck with lake view was amazing! Our wives were jealous. Excellent location and only 10-15 minutes from Sylvan Beach. Ryan (property mgr/owner) was very responsive and accommodating! Great stay!

This home has one of the most beautiful lake views of any place I've ever stayed. We would come back just for the time spent on the deck gazing at the lake. It is on a quiet street. The interior common space was spacious, with a nice layout of kitchen, dining, and living rooms. Three of the four bedrooms had the stunning lake view. Ample restaurants and amenities were nearby. I would suggest that this home is best for people without disabilities, as beds and couches are low to the ground, the showers are small, and the deck does not have extensive safety railings. The owner was very responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

Friends and I were in town for a long weekend in Rome. The house was incredible and perfectly suited for the 8 of us. The view from the deck alone was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again, as the owner was extremely responsive, and the actual property matched the description perfectly.

Our family visited mid October. The Fall colors are vivid. The area was quiet and peaceful as the summer crowds are gone. The house is clean and modern inside while the surrounding area has a rustic country feel.
We found convenience stores and nice restaurants in Sylvan Beach, about a 10 minute drive away.

Beautiful property! Very spacious. Gorgeous view of the lake during the day and making s’mores over the fire pit with the moon over the lake at night and the hot tub, all added to the ambiance of the property.. Ryan was great answering any questions we had along the way.

This home has a wonderful lake view and great outdoor space. My husband and I stayed with cousins. We enjoyed morning coffee together on one of the decks and evening views at sunset. The indoor of the home is spacious with charming decoration and a kitchen well-stocked with equipment for meal preparation. Ryan quickly responded with helpful answers to questions. Some family members joined us for lunch one day and marveled at the space. This is a perfect spot for reconnecting with family or friends.

It was a pleasant stay on the lake. We enjoyed being able to dock our boat at this property. In between our boat outings, we had a much needed workout on the walk up. We recovered, enjoying the outstanding view from their deck. Thank you for a great week with friends and family.

I visited this house with four other friends. We could have eaten off the floor in this place it was so clean. The view is awesome, the hot tub was clean, Ryan was very friendly and helpful. My only comment is that if you plan to cook for more than a few people, ask if the things you need are in the kitchen first. We would definitely visit again.

Beautiful place!
This is a hidden gem! I enjoyed the property with my 11 yr old daughter 13 year old son and my partner. While in the house we spent time playing ping pong, basketball, cards, listening to music. My kids absolutely loved the outdoors, we roasted marshmallows over the fire pit, created beautiful memories on the frozen lake. It was quiet and peaceful and fun. We woke up to to the most stunning sunrise and would often see the most amazing sunset. The hot tub in the cold was absolutely amazing, we all loved it! The house is beautifully decorated giving you a cozy serene feeling. They didn’t miss a thing with the details! If you want to enjoy a peaceful and bonding time with your family this is definitely a must stay. Overall, my kids gave this vacation 10/10. We were a quick 25 or so minutes out from snow tubing. Ryan was super attentive and communicative. I am truly grateful that the Bouchard family is able to share this beautiful house of theirs with the world!! Thank you Ryan and family.

Stunning Home w. Stunning Views
My girls and I felt right at home in this stunning oasis for our bachelorette weekend getaway to Turning Stone/Oneida Lake. The house was spotless, extremely roomy and boasted stunning views of the lake. The hot tub was a fabulous addition and the entertainment provided was over the top (games/channels/wifi etc.) Ryan was super helpful and very attentive with all arrangements made throughout our stay!

This place was great for our family (6 adults) to celebrate the New Year. There is plenty of space for us to eat and play together but also space for us to have our own quiet time. Ryan was very helpful from the time I made the reservation until we got home and realized we had missed something. We hope to go back someday soon.

Had a wonderful weekend here with my family, the house it very well appointed and close to everywhere we wanted to go on Oneida. I’d absolutely bring a boat next time, to take advantage of the private dock. Ryan was super quick to reply (I had only a couple questions, everything else was laid out and explained very thoroughly before we even got to the house.)
I will definitely look forward to staying again.
