Charming 1930’s home in historic old town Georgetown. Short stroll to the town square for dinning, wine bars, live music, shopping and several events held throughout the year. Walk to Southwestern University. Hike and bike trails nearby starting at San Gabriel Park wind along river to Lake Georgetown and don’t forget Blue Hole. Home has white picket fence surrounding beautifully landscaped yard, relax under huge pecan tree. Sleeps max 4, no children under age 13. One room with king bed, one room with queen bed and smaller bedroom with twin bed. Living room with comfy sofa and two chairs. At times can be flexible regarding check in and check out time. Driveway with 2 car parking plus street parking.

Our stay was wonderful. We have been using VRBO and other organizations for 6 years, this home by far has been the cleanest place we have ever stayed at. Check in was so easy. We did not have to call the owners since they left us easy instructions. When we come back to Georgetown we will for sure check if this home is available.

Probably the best setup of any place we've stayed. The bed was comfortable, the home was clean, and there were many nice "extras" that we appreciated and not usually found in VRBO's.

My daughter and I enjoyed the home and the quiet location. Beds were very comfortable and the home decorated so cute. Loved the white picket fenced yard also. Would absolutely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Georgetown. The location was perfect for accessing the historic square, coffee shops, restaurants and all the shopping. It is a great mid point if you are wanting to also check out Wimberley and Waco.

We very much enjoyed the historic cottage and neighborhood. The cottage was fresh and clean. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. The location is wonderful and close to downtown Georgetown. The host was extremely responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay at the lovely cottage again!

We had a great girls’ trip to Georgetown. This house is within walking distance of the square and all the shops and restaurants it has to offer. The neighborhood is quiet and we had plenty of space for everyone. Netflix and Amazon prime were a great addition. Definitely would stay again.

The home was just as advertised. It was clean and comfortable. There were lots of extra blankets and pillows. The neighborhood was beautiful, with lots of trees.

We loved this house! It was very clean, good size and great location for my daughter’s tennis tournament. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms were neat and very comfortable. Same as the living area with tv. It was awesome! Will come again.

Great location in a nice neighborhood within easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping.
The cottage was clean, the mattresses and bedding comfortable, and the kitchen and bath stocked with essentials. There is a fenced in yard with a small deck and Adirondack chairs— a perfect spot to read a book or visit with a friend.
I would highly recommend a stay in this little house!

The property was in a great quite neighborhood, very close to downtown Georgetown. It was clean, good beds, and a new kitchen. Owners were great in communication while at the house and accommodated our need for an extra night stay.

We loved our visit to Georgetown! Sandra and Greg were beyond wonderful with questions we had and the vrbo was so cute and perfect for our girls weekend. We were able to walk to downtown with little kids and enjoy the sunshine in the yard!
