The apartment is cozy and in excellent location both for a walk in the city or the promenad and for public transport. Reza (the Host) is very careful and friendly. Thank you Reza, again! ...and the suprise welcome wine was also excellent.

I liked the space, it was big enough for 3 adults and 2 children’s. It was cleaned and the owners were so nice. The location was 10-10.

The unit is easy to reach via a tram from the airport. There are grocery stores, restaurants, bakery nearby. Tourist attractions in Nice are also very close to the apartment. The unit is very spacious, in a quiet area, and had everything we needed during our stay. Reza helped us a lot from check in to check out. He gave us everything we needed to know around the area, inside the apartment, and when we needed help - he’s always quick to reply to our messages. We’re grateful for all his help during our stay in Nice. Highly recommend this place!

Nice location between the beach and shopping. We were able to walk everywhere restaurants, shops, the beach and old town.

It was very nicely furnished and had a washer and dryer so we could wash our clothes before moving on to our next location.

Reza is a great host and we were able to meet up easily. The flat is well equipped, spacious and clean. Not a place for people who like to cook three meals a day, the equipment is a little basic, but it is very well located and we enjoyed the neigbourhood. The sea is 15 min walking distance or so, through a nice park and Old Nice.

Reza was very nice and helpful during the entire stay, the apartament is really spacious and really nicely decorated, kind of gives you a little feeling of royality with that furniture. Very clean and close to the old town and the sea. Honestly, there is nothing to complain about.

We had a fantastic stay with our family. The flat is beautiful, will all amenities, a nicely equipped kitchen although we only used it for cutting your baguettes. I could not think of a better location - it’s quite, you’ll find great bakeries and hipster shops next door. More touristy places like Old Town or sea side is reachable in less than 10 minutes. There is a temporary use street parking in front the flat and private paid parking nearby. Most importantly Reza the manager made us feel very welcomed. Quickly arranged convenient check in and check out and was very insightful with his wine choices.

The host was extremely friendly and helped us many times throughout the trip. Everything in the apartment was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is great - you can find everything necessary nearby (grocery stores, restaurants, museums, the beach, the old town)

The location was nice, close to old town and 10 min walking to the beach. Cleand and well equiped apartment, nice toiletries (shampoo, shower gel and hair balm). Gift on the house was nice (wine and water). Large livingroom. Air conditioning in all the 3 rooms.

There is only one toilet in the apartament on the hallway, although there are 2 bathrooms (one shower and one jacuzzi). For such a big apartment I believe it is not ideal, especially for larger groups of people. The jacuzzi has a cleaning cycle after each utilization and is very noisy; so we were careful not to use it at late hours.The floors are very noisy and you need to walk carefully in the morning not to wake up everyone. There is no recycling on site - if you want to sort for recycle you have to walk a bit until a different location. There is no balcony, just big windows. There is no elevator; the apartment is at the 1st floor. The bed sheets and pillows are a bit old - would be nice to replace it with new ones.The kitchen has no window. The apartment has no parking place, but there are some options available on the street, around the property (free of charge during the week-ends). The building is old so you can feel some vibrations when cars are passing by.

The flat is very clean, comfortable, big and luxurious. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel like home. Moreover, the location of the flat is perfect as it's close to the old town of Nica, place Massena and 300m from the beach, and it's close to the wonderful park with great view of the whole town. Thanks to Reza and his family our holiday was unforgettable. We would like to come back again. I recommend this flat to everyone who wants to visit Nica.

Getting to the apartment and receiving the keys was made extremely easy by the wonderful welcoming and diligent help from the manager, Reza. Always making sure we arrived well and had everything we needed. The apartment was large and comfortably fit our family of 6– felt like luxury. Everything was in perfect condition making for a very comfortable stay and just about everything we needed in the kitchen for utensils. Also the apartment is on the 1st floor so getting luggage up was quite easy. Location couldn’t be better; 5-10 minute walk from all shopping centers and tram stop, 5 minutes from the old city, plus 5 minutes to get to the beach. We had a beautiful time!
