Situated in Saint Simons Island, this lovely condo for $136 per night is a great option for your next break. This is a unique, 2-bedroom, Harbour Oaks Condominium. It is on the 2nd floor and located directly in the Village, within easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, St. Simons Pier, and the beach. The second bedroom has a day bed with a trundle. There is a large living room, adjacent sunroom, and recently updated kitchen. If you can play, a Roland 88 weighted-key electric piano there is one in the living room. There are headphones, should you decide not to disturb your friends and family. This gated community offers a swimming pool and a small gym. Everyone from toddlers, to our most mature guests, will enjoy Neptune Park for picnics under the massive oak trees. Miniature golf, a playground, and a fishing pier are other attractions, in the park. This Condo has a beautiful view of the Harbour Oaks Canal and its landscaping. 7/10ths of a mile to the beach and plenty of space to enjoy your vacation. Includes Wireless Internet. Bedding Master bedroom - 1 Queen 1st guest room - Daybed Queen Every one of our properties is furnished with a “starter kit” of supplies so that you don't have to run to the store at the start of your vacation. 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom 1 roll of paper towels 2 trash bags 2 laundry detergent pods 2 dishwasher soap pods Cancellation Policy: 60+ days from arrival - 100% refund 31-60 days from arrival - 50% refund 0-30 days from arrival – 0% refund Inside of 60 days, reservations cannot be rescheduled for any reason Cancellations will be charged a $65 cancellation fee (without exception, even for same-day cancellations) To protect your vacation investment and avoid deposits lost to cancellation, Emmons Realty strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance. Deposit Policy: $500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. We had a wonderful time visiting St. Simon's Island. The condo was very clean and larger than expected. It is conveniently located a few blocks from downtown. The real estate company managing the property was very pleasant to work with and we have never had such an easy check in and check out process.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfectly close to walking to the pier and local restaurants, the condo is spacious and clean with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms! Check in was a breeze and hosts were great. Highly recommend!!!

This is a cute space and location. The bed situation could be improved. The only real sleeping surface is a queen bed, the other bedroom consists of a pull-out sofa which is very uncomfortable. The appliances work well and are updated. There is a wonderful amount of natural light from all the windows in the condo. A little concerning in the age of Covid was a dead beg, hair pin and tooth pick on the bedroom carpet when we arrived. Housekeeping needs to up their game.

We didn't use the kitchen much, but it had everything we needed for a three night stay. The location is perfect. It's a 10 minute walk to the pier and all of the restaurants and shopping. We rented bikes and rode everywhere else, including the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

The only problem we had was that we were heading south the next day and we had not received check in info yet and I was panicking. Once there everything was fine and we enjoyed our stay. We love Harbour Oaks. Such a good location for walking to the village. We own a unit there but had to rent because ours has been rented for months. Great amenities.

Great location for walking to shops, restaurants. To get to the beach driving was a must. Condo is a little outdated. Overall it was clean but I was put off by trash still in trash cans in the sun room area and used soap still in the shower. It looked like the cleaning wasn’t thorough and give this time of Covid I expected more. Needs mor living room seating. The outdoor patio rockers weren’t comfortable in the main living area. Overall nice location, condo needs updating but it worked for the trip.

My husband and I met another couple for a weekend getaway. We were thrilled with the apartment. It was very cozy and clean. It had everything we wanted and the location was perfect. We enjoyed the area immensely. We all agree it was the perfect place!
