The property had not been cleaned since last season. The place was filthy and infested with flys. The refrigerator was filled with half eaten food. The floors were covered with dust and hair. The latch on the front door was broken and taped over with duct tape. The utensils were in dirty drawers that we needed to run through the dishwasher before using. Blankets were dirty and needed to be washed before using. The outdoor porch was filthy including the pillows and tables. The floorboards were loose. Water pressure in kitchen was poor. Very poor lighting in all rooms. Noise penetrates from the upstairs unit making it difficult to sleep.
