Great location and view from our room was amazing.
The Sky Bar didnt appear to be operational during our stay. The flooring in the room our kids had was buckling at the joins and should probably be repaired.

PROS:
- The location is excellent to walk around and see all of the local sights within 10 minutes.
- The view from our room (706) of the karsts was gorgeous.
- The rooftop was an excellent place to view the bay and city.
- The staff were super helpful and friendly.
- The nightly rate was very fair.
- The common areas and lobby are in great shape and pleasant.
- Plenty of storage space and a great long desk under the windows facing bay.
CONS:
- The room needs a touch of refreshing as it's tired and worn.
- The room fridge is a tad small.

the bed was comfy
- insecte everywhere in the room
- shower pressure was weak
- the walls were so thin we could hear everything from outside (got woken up at 7:30AM because of the outside noise)
