All of the staff were very attentive, accommodating and make you feel welcome.
The rooms were spacious, had a lot of natural light from the windows and very comfortable to be in. I enjoyed having separating sections between the bed and the desks.
The shower/bath combo was very comfortable and clean.
The rooftop seating area was amazing to see and be in.
The street was quiet at night.
Some people may find the area to be boring for long stays. For my purpose of the stay I loved the quietness and the top quality cafe's and tea places nearby.
There was a constant damp smell which required leaving the windows open for a lot of the stay however once the room was aired out for the day, it was fine.
Possibly the aircon filters need cleaning and the source of the mustiness to be checked in case of mould.
