The rooftop pool area provided a peaceful retreat from the bustling city below. Liam brought a complimentary chilled drink as I was sunbathing near the pool. The clear blue water and clean poolside lounge chairs made relaxation easy.

The location is really quiet and you can walk to Sunworld and other parts of town. The beach is only a 15 minute walk away. The area is quiet and a bit of a ghost town of buildings that were built for those that never came. Built on speculation and then Covid hit. But for me that was all a plus as it was a quiet area and was easy to go for walks in the morning and there are even exercise stations in amongst the ghost town buildings and along the beach. The rooms are clean and good. The internet worked well. There are many good restaurants close by. I used grab to go to vegetarian restaurants and to go to the other side of the bridge to the Museum. Also took a return trip on the Queen Cable car which was excellent. The breakfast at the hotel had vegetarian things to eat. There is a minimart nearby. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel arranged a taxi to pick us up from Hanoi airport and bring us to the hotel which saved us headaches and was reasonably priced.
The TV was a smart tv but I couldn't view youtube on it. Couldn't work out why as I could view youtube on my laptop on the same internet wifi. There was no bar fridge in my room.

Nice big room. Friendly staff. Good location
Pool was not clean even though the pictures show a lovely looking pool.
Breakfast was below average and they sent us in a taxi to another hotel for it
$$$$
