The receptionist Ha was incredibly helpful booking us a cruise tour. She stayed up until very late showing us lots of options and sharing all the information. We were very grateful she her help, she went above and beyond and made it so easy for us.
Not enough food available in the cafe and the matcha took a little long to make.

It's very cheap and a lovely clean hotel
The noise reduction on the building is lacking when there was a massive beach front bar club thing out front. Some more noise proofing is needed.

Friendly staff, clean room
Location - it’s near the beach party location. The town is polluted with very loud bass music until 1am. I couldn’t sleep until the bars stopped it. Would generally not recommend to stay in Ha Long city
