Bearadise #3 has everything you could need for a getaway. Close to town. The deck was very enjoyable in the mornings for coffee.

Perfect location. Close to everything in Banner Elk. A peaceful, quiet location and walkable to town. Kitchen was well-stocked! Enjoyed the back deck, watching birds and chipmunks. Check in/out seamless. Communication with host was great. Would recommend and stay again.

Quiet road, perfect location, great parking, gorgeous fire pit/lawn, house was well kept and super cozy! We spent a ton of time on the deck and outside. Inside had everything we needed, great decorations and furniture. We took lots of walks to downtown. Enjoyed a little summer getaway!

My fiancé, two fur babies and I enjoyed a long weekend stay at Bearadise 3. We were in the area to do some hiking, birding and photography, and this couldn’t have been a more perfect home base. Very comfortable and well appointed—we had all that we needed. We loved the porch, which felt like our own spacious treehouse and enabled us to be on eye level with several birds in the trees. Binoculars were even provided! Very clean, wonderfully communicative and responsive property manager. Soooo convenient to downtown Banner Elk Look toward to staying again!!

We stayed in Bearadise 3 with our elementary aged boys for a ski/tubing weekend. Bearadise 3 was tidy, easy to get to, and more than accommodating for our stay. We particularly loved the location and how quickly you could get to the shops and restaurants in Banner Elk. We had a particularly icy day and the roads were cleared and de-iced quickly and we felt safe the whole time. Thanks for a great experience!

We absolutely loved this location. We have called Banner elk our home away from home for years and this is one of our favorite places we have stayed. Super clean, the host was easy to communicate with and always answered any questions right away. Also a major plus that it is so close to downtown!

Perfect location, even better than the pictures. Host was wonderful to deal with, cabin was clean and welcoming. Best vacation our family has taken. Cannot wait to go back!!

Very cute duplex set-up in a super location w/ easy parking! Kitchen was great & watching birds eat from the deck feeders was cool! Dunn's Deli has incredible breakfast options & is just down the hill. Biggest negative or just a heads up was the noise that travels from the other unit up the stairwell - sounds like conversation, coughing or kitchen noises were very obvious without the neighbors even being loud. Thankfully, my daughter sleeps with a sound machine on!

We were so pleased to have discovered this little gem! It's super cozy and CLEANl, CLEAN, CLEAN!!! The location is perfect! Especially for those who like to ski~close to Sugar Mtn and Beech Mtn. We'll definitely go back and bring our family and friends!

The porch was great with a table and chairs, glider as well as a swing with beautiful view! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to this area.

Beautiful space, very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the porch, watching the birds and even saw a mama bear with two cubs! Close to town but feels like you are in the mountains.

We greatly enjoyed our long-weekend stay at Bearadise. The deck and swing are lovely. The kitchen and bath are well-supplied. Great/easy access to Banner Elk and beyond. Due to the extensive tree cover, the property is a bit dark on the interior, particularly on a cloudy day (bring a book light, maybe).

We loved the porch, it was perched up high in the trees so we felt like we were in real tree house! A very neat and cozy unit, the top floor of a 3 unit triplex. The five minute walk to town was perfect.

My husband, daughter, myself, and two dogs stayed here for a ski weekend at Sugar. Walking in, it smells good, and the soft light, warm colors, and natural materials used in the decor are very welcoming. It is affordable, clean, cozy, walking distance to downtown Banner Elk (down the hill), a short drive to Sugar or Beech, and the bear decor is cute without being cheesy. Andrew responded quickly to messages and was very courteous. The deck overlooking town would be really nice in warmer weather. We found you could hear the neighboring unit's residents and their TV pretty easily during the day, but I didn't find it intrusive, and all was quiet in the daytime. I will definitely look for this place again for future trips!
