Staff were friendly and helpful, location was convenient

Space did not live up to the photos, it needs some TLC.

The appartment is spacious with large rooms and in an excellent location in Nice Old city, very central to the sights, restaurants and tram station. The agency managing the property was very professional and responsive getting back to me very promptly on my requests. Their instructions to the appartment were also very clear.

The location of this property is perfect. It is accessible and has a lift to the apartment level. Based on the outer edge of the old town, 5 minutes walk to the park, new town, beach and tram lines. The apartment layout gave us plenty of space and privacy and the kitchen was fully functional with utensils etc. The bathroom in one room looks to have been recently modernised with Moroccan style tiling but the other really needs updating and some mending - the shower head wasn’t functional, the toilet seat broken, the taps needing a deep clean. Unfortunately both showers were broken which was quite inconvenient. Both bedrooms were comfortable, had wardrobe space and an electric fan available. The piano was a treat and played nicely in the spacious living area with French doors out to a balcony. The complex itself felt secure and the key pick up when we arrived was straight forward, managed by a third party company, though we recommend that the person that meets you should take off their sunglasses when they bring you through the apartment - it can be unsettling to meet and greet a person in a helmet and sunglasses who doesn’t remove them for the encounter!!! Provided that our feedback has been taken into account and the obviously needed fixes above are addressed, this is a good property to let...location, space and the piano being the big plus.
