very very good location. small space but very clean, well stocked with the domestic essentials such as toilet paper, washing up liquid etc. beds comfortable. Good WiFi. good security and locks on the doors

Entrance and stairwell a bit scruffy and road a little noisy but I slept well anyway

The state of the place. The flat needs a professional renovation. The toilet has a large hole in the wall looking into the attic. The bathroom stinks of damp and everywhere is full of marks and dirty fingerprints. Stained sofa and sofa bed cover. Only 2 chipped mugs in the kitchen. Seriously only stay here if you're desperate.
