About this house rental
A nice simple beach shack in an ideal Anglesea location - 10 min stroll to the beach, 5 minutes to the shops. In lovely surrounds lots of trees, birdlife and serenity. The house has two separate zones: Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a 3rd bedroom with a bunk (double at bottom single up top)+ kitchen, dining, living room. Downstairs (accessible by outside stairs) - one bedroom with 2 sets of bunks and a trundle, a living room and a bathroom. Property has an enclosed outdoor shower with hot water, perfect when coming home from a day at the beach. House has full amenities including washer, dryer, dishwashing machine, bbq, WIFI etc. Please note that you need to provide your own sheets, pillow cases and towels. Table tennis table, trampoline, beach trolley, fire pit and some old bikes all available for use. Slow combustion heater keeps the living room cozy, otherwise reverse cycle system is there for easy warmth. Well behaved pets welcome but please keep pets off the furniture.

A wonderful stay at this very comfortable and clean house with plenty of room for everyone, including a fenced yard for pets. Perfect location in Anglesea and great host.

We booked last min for 2nights and Tom was very prompt, the property was exactly as described. Close walking distance to beach, shops and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and return again- thanks so much

We had a great stay here and there its lots of room for a group of people. There is also lots of activities and utilities which means you don't have to leave the house if you don't want!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect for our family if 5, with a great space downstairs for our teenagers, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, great fire pit outside and just a short walk to the beach and into town. Would definitely stay here again

Amazingly welcoming and homey. This house is like walking into someone’s home, everything you could possibly need has been thoughtful of and provided. Great location - only a short walk to beach and shops, peaceful street, spotlessly clean and comfortable. We loved this house.

Our family (and dog) really enjoyed our week in this spacious, well equiped home. The pictures don't fully show how lovely it is. The separate kids zone downstairs along with table tennis and grassy yard were a real bonus.

Great spot for larger family groups as we all had our own ‘chill out’ spots when needed. Great location and super accommodating for kids.
Hosts were also super helpful and friendly.

Our family of 4 loved this place. Lots to do, large backyard and the table tennis was great. Split level living gave lots of options. Everything in the house worked and made things so smooth and easy. A great place for a relaxed break

We had a lovely time. The house is in a quiet pocket, with easy access to everything - shops, walks, beaches. There was plenty of accommodation and space for a family to spread out and hosts provided plenty of activities to keep children/teens occupied. House was lovely and clean. Would recommend this house. Great bedrooms with really comfortable beds, a great kitchen with everything you could need, and a lovely little family room with a wood fire. It was light and bright on the sunny days, and warm and cosy on the rainy days. We really loved it, and wouldn't hesitate to book this home again.

We enjoyed our stay in the property.
The size was perfect for our group. Our pet enjoyed the backyard to run around. The teens had their own privacy occupying the room downstairs. Very close to town centre and beach. We just found a couple of huge spiders in the house so I suggest a little bit more of cleaning needs to be done.

Great family holiday house in good location
Tom’s house is located close to shops, cafes, restaurants, walking tracks, Anglesea main beach, the tennis courts and bowling club. The house is very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated with many amenities provided for an enjoyable family holiday; games, puzzles, table tennis, trampoline, bikes, beach chairs, books, wii. The coffee machine and kitchen provisions were much appreciated. Tom was great to deal with; all instructions were clear and concise, access was easy and communication was prompt.
Overall, our family, and especially our dog, had a wonderful holiday here and would highly recommend it.

Loved it!
It is a true holiday when the car keys are not needed after you have arrived. This great home is walking distance to the beach and shops, we even walked to the surf club for dinner one night.
Very comfortable and we were appreciative of all the board games on the not so sunny days.
We hope to be back one day soon.

Kitchen was great, and the essential outside barbie was provided. Wi-fi available throughout the house. Also, separate area downstairs with a large lounge with TV, bedroom with two sets of bunks and bathroom is ideal for kids. The only slight drawback for us was that as the house is over a split level it wasn't ideal for my dad who has some mobility issues, but aside from that it was a perfect escape and would highly recommend. Thanks Tom, we had a really great break at your home.
