About this house rental
6,000 square ft home. 30 feet from Lake Austin. Swimming pool, hot tub, outside entertaining areas. Close enough to downtown yet secluded. Gate, walled property. Complete privacy
Large back yard with the only sandy beach on Lake Austin. Grill for up to 25 people. Multiple decks for entertaining large groups. Boat tie off to dock available.
Three king and two queen size beds. Several air mattresses and couches.
Parking: Can park up to 6 vehicles.
Transportation: 20 minutes to Downtown, 40 minutes to the Circuit of The Americas track and 35 minutes to Austin Bergstrom International Airport.
Pets: **None Allowed**
Smoking: **No smoking allowed, in or outside the home**

This is a great property located directly on the lake with an infinity pool, large grill and amazing backyard for relaxing and barbecues. Jay was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

Spectacular pool and outdoor spa area and the location on the lake was exceptional. Unfortunately there were no chairs or lounges by this area, we had to go out and purchase our own. The kitchen was functional and well furnished and the beds were all very comfortable. The furnishings were all quite heavy and included many personal and memorabilia items sitting out and on display which were indeed quite fragile. Perhaps not an ideal house if you have young and exploring children. Jay was really super to work with and was incredibly responsive and helpful with any and all questions. Could not ask for a better contact person if renting a house.

We recently rented this Vrbo home to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday, and everything turned out great. We had friends over, hired a chef, and the entire stay went as planned. Everyone had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the property.When we arrived, everything in the home was clean, ready, and set up for us to enjoy. Parking was convenient, the location was great, and there were restaurants nearby, which made everything even easier.Overall, it was a great experience and the perfect place to celebrate such a special occasion. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others.

We loved the location. This is a true 5 star experience- perfect Lake Austin location. Walk to the Ski Shores cafe; swim in the pool or hot tub. Catch bass off the boat dock. The views from the second story boat house just melt any stress away from you. Dr J is a superb host- very clear and prompt communication with him. Would stay again
