Our summer escape was built in 2018 and is still brand new! We use it when we can and share it when we can't, so it is treated with care and is spotless. We are 1500 feet from the beach with large open living concept that is great for a beach vacation. Two story construction with large 2 car garage underneath. Four bedrooms with the master bedroom on the first floor with private bath and 3 bedrooms upstairs with shared full bath with shower and tub. One large deck on main floor with covered porch and grilling area. Open floor plan with kitchen, dining room, and living room with large TV and fireplace on the first floor. Laundry room and powder room is also on the first floor. Outside shower at back of house under the deck. Fully furnished, central AC, washer, dryer, vacuum, blender, toaster and iron provided. Wireless internet. We welcome all responsible families to rent with a minimum rental age of 28 and older. Please keep in mind that this is not a party house. We are sure our home will meet all your expectations and more!!! To make your beach vacation more enjoyable, we provide lots of beach equipment: 5+ beach chairs, beach cart, beach umbrella, wagon great for kids, a few bikes and 8 beach badges. The only things we don't provide are linens, bath towels and beach towels. You are welcome to bring your own or you can rent them from local services. We will provide contacts to rent linens, bikes, additional beach equipment and more.
