Situated in Lake Conroe, this attractive condo for $168 per night is a great option for your next vacation. A walk through of this prime 2 bedroom/2 bath 2nd and 3rd story level condo with a queen sleeper sofa discloses a large bedroom with a king size bed on the right when you walk in the front door. A stairwell on the left side of the front door leads to the 3rd story Master bedroom with a King Size bed and an immaculate view across a 4-window wall and a large Master bathroom with an oversize garden tub w/sunroof to the right side of the stairs. This is a great tub for a warm soothing bubble bath. A few steps into the condo on the right side past the bedroom is the bathroom with a large oval shaped jacuzzi tub and shower. Continuing down the hallway is the fully equipped granite counter top kitchen w/gas stove and stainless appliances on the right just past the bathroom. Directly in front of you is a very comfortable living room/dining room area which opens up just past the kitchen bar. The living/dining area unveils a wall-to- wall glass patio door with an unwinding view of the sunrise over Lake Conroe waters. The living/dining room exhibits a little bit of Texas history on the wall for those of you that have never been to this great and beautiful state. Whether it is business or pleasure this is our place for you to stay when you come to the Houston/Conroe/Willis, Texas area.

The evening sun is behind you so you can enjoy the evening in the shade and then drink coffee on the patio which is directly over the water while the sun rises. The furniture was comfortable, the condo was clean and we enjoyed it. The condo has a pool and other amenities along with a marina. The Wave restaurant is in the parking lot. It is also on the water, the food is good, the service is great, the place had a live band both Friday and Saturday evening and it also has a pool. We love that it is walking distance to the condo so maybe 500ft away. We ate at the "Hidden Gem" which is a small cafe inside a gas station just down the street. Its easy to miss but breakfast was fantastic. Thanks again, we'll be back next summer!

Enjoyed as always! Cleaning crew can step it up a notch. Bathroom rugs needed washing and patio light didn’t work. But loved the stay.

This property was very neat and close to the Forever Five Event venue where our son was married. Most of our time was spent at the venue, but having a comfortable place at the end of the day was very nice. The early morning view of the lake was great, wish we had more time just to drink coffee and view the lake. We did have the opportunity to talk with Rey and Daphane, the owners, and they both work with us on our crazy wedding schedule and last minute wedding emergencies. Their place was very relaxing after very hectic days, we loved it!

We had a great time, room was very clean, location was great, peaceful in the mornings. except for what sounded like grounds keepers at 8 am one morning. But will definitely stay again. Leak in upper shower, so we just all used the bottom shower to avoid the leak. thank you!

I needed a place to stay for a couple of days, with my wife, son and his fiance. The place was perfect for us, with 2 nice-sized bedrooms. We fished right off the balcony, and were located conveniently for a Friday round of golf, and s quick trip to College Station to see my AppState Mountaineers beat the Aggies! Great weekend, highly recommend

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The area was quiet (besides water vehicles, which was too be expected) and the home was very well stocked and organized. The hosts were thorough and detailed, and very easy to communicate with. Side note, the beds were more comfortable than most of the places I have stayed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys being on the water.

We have no complaints at all. Everything was perfect. If there was a negative review, we couldn't watch the Astros. They don't have the Astros channel on their cable. This is our second time to visit and plan on making it a yearly trip.

Lake front condo that you can fish off the patio. The owners are quick to answer. They have thought of everything you could need. Did not have to bring anything except our food and clothes. A restaurant is in walking distance which we loved. Definitely would go back.

Very nice, spotless home away from home. Water was beautiful and parking was great. Pool was very nice, but the lady in charge was always having a bad day. We enjoyed and hung out at the condo around our time at the water park. The weather was hot as it is June but they always had a breeze. The host were wonderful and always available. We would like to return every year...

I love the organization of this place! It’s nice knowing what switches go to what, what kitchen supplies we had available, and where everything went. This is awesome when you have kids helping with dishes. The guys enjoyed fishing off the balcony!!! Great pool! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our vacation was wonderful because it was very relaxing and the condo was amazing. We were able to fish off the balcony. The owners went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed plus more. It was very clean and has plenty of room. When you have a question the owners are right on top of it with a quick response answering your question. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation. We will be back next year.

There were too many rules. It appears everything was setup to find an excuse for extra fee. E.g the number of forks in the kitchen for was even noted. We had to be very careful when using something at the property. It made us very uncomfortable
