The condo was very clean and comfortable. The property manager was very easy to communicate with. You can sit out on the balcony and watch the most beautiful sunrise and feed the ducks. I lost count at 40 ducks in front of the unit at one point. The fish were jumping in front of the unit but I didn’t bring a rod and reel or I would have fished from the balcony. My son caught some though. The food we had at the restaurant on the property was good as well. You won’t regret staying here.

This is an older property but the particular condo we stayed was inviting and relaxing. The beds were comfortable so that was a plus. The views were beautiful and you can even fish from the balcony (it’s on the 2nd floor). We actually caught some catfish and bass from the balcony. There were a couple of things that could be improved such as the cleanliness of the condo, in particular the vents in the bathroom have black around them and there was things left behind the dresser by other people such as socks and wrappers and dirty cups in the cupboard. The outside porch light also didn’t work so it was hard to see at night. There’s also too much fishing line that had been left behind so our line kept catching the neighbor’s line but we worked around it. I just want to point out that’s not the owner’s fault but gave us a bit of a hassle. We still enjoyed our stay despite a number of little things and we would stay again.

This place was perfect for our week stay to visit family. We had another Vrbo originally booked that was canceled while we were in flight to the property and these guys helped us get booked and made the stay available for us last minute. It was clean, the patio was the best and David was very responsive and made the stay enjoyable!

From the moment we walked in everything was perfect! Super clean, the view was breathtaking! Unfortunately it did rain most of our stay but we made the most of it! We have 3 kids 6 and under and they had a blast! The property manager was very kind and answered all questions we had. Will definitely recommend staying here!!

Great experience all around. From check-in to check-out the whole process was easy. Pictures are exactly what you get and that is very nice. Great uninhibited view of the lake from the balcony. Kids loved being able to fish right from the back door

My family and I visited the property of seven coves & we actually had a great time…unfortunately for us our condo wasn’t so clean it was spider webs & spiders every linen wasn’t fresh, towels weren’t fresh. This is our second stay and the first unit was super clean! This unit not so much

This was our third stay and we had a blast as usual. I noted a few handy details added like labeling where the living room fan switch is located by the front door. This visit we finally were able to enjoy the pool and that was a great bonus. We also had fun at The Wave bar/grille. We enjoyed fishing off of the balcony as usual, but we also planned some heat-of-the-day outings to an escape room and to a ceramic studio both located within approximately 20 minutes away. Obviously, we really enjoy staying at this property, and plan to return.

We had a great time at this condo for a family Labor Day weekend get away! We were able to relax and make great memories. The balcony over the water was great and having the marina so close was perfect! We did have an issue with parking our boat and jet skis, however, David was very responsive when we made him aware of this issue and made it right for us. We would stay here again!

Everything about the condo was as described. Extremely clean and roomy for my 5 family members quick get away. Didn’t like that the pool closes at 9pm especially on the weekend however that has nothing to do with this perfect condo. I had a couple questions and they were answered immediately. We also had a chance to rent a boat for 2 hours from Mr Andy at DNS Watersports. I was captain for a day lol. His business is on the property as well providing excellent service. I will definitely rent this property again. Wish I could give this unit 10 stars instead of 5!

This place is exactly as advertised. Nice and quiet with an amazing AC system. Easy check in/out, comfortable beds, We came for a family reunion that was held at a house nearby and this was very convenient to that location. Will definitely be back!
