相當喜歡在這裡的氛圍

十分悠閒又愜意的住宿生活。旅館員工很友善。房間、共用浴室廁所的清潔做得很棒。一人一份的日式早餐，很精緻、味道很不錯，但是份量不多，配上餐廳窗外風景，還是吃得很開心。旅館的位置到最近的滑雪場和便利商店，最少有5分鐘的車程，有開車會比較方便。旅館旁邊有巴士站牌，一小時一班的巴士，往來 Niseko 各個滑雪場之間。

共用浴室的熱水不穩定，有時候要等待很久才有熱水，有時候忽冷忽熱。房間隔音不好，走廊上和樓梯上的腳步聲、走廊上的交談聲音，在房裡可以聽得很清楚。最近的便利商店是 7-11，沒有巴士可以到，走路單程要30-40分鐘。或是在 Hirafu 的商店買完，再搭巴士回來。

Clean, comfortable, welcoming

Friendly, attentive staff who can't do enough for you. Amazing Japanese style breakfast which set us up perfectly for a day of skiing. Free soft drinks & toiletries are a lovely touch. Spotlessly clean and lots of nice touches.

It's a bit far from the centre and there is a nearby bus stop but buses are infrequent & don't run late. Taxis can be hard to come by at peak times but we managed ok. If you're willing to compromise on location, this is a great and affordable stay.

Disappointing

The property seems new, at least not run down. Breakfast provided, but really can give it a miss, cold & dry food daily. One of the staff, Gara is friendly The old man looks stern, but helps with arrangements of ski rental and restaurant reservations

1. Location. Totally out of nowhere, not recommended if you don’t drive. The Niseko shuttle is always late, the hotel doesn’t provide any service and taxi is unavailable. 2. Cleaning. You have to pay extra for cleaning! So if you intend to stay more days, you may choose other options, else have to pay each time cleaning required. 3. They don’t provide sending of luggage to airport 4. Driver for check out is not accommodating! We need to drop off the luggage at convenient store (due to them can’t send) and proceed to Niseko station. He can make 2 stops but he can’t wait 5mins for the sending luggage. It’s just 3mins drive apart! So 1 of us has to drop off the luggage (followed by 18mins walk) while the rest proceed to wait at Niseko station.

Perfect! the best stay in my 10 days trip.

Clean, cozy, the location is 10/10. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Their rooms are so clean! They even provide free flow drinks at the cafeteria.

The staff at this place made it a highlight of our trip

The staff and owner made a lot of effort to help us plan our days. They drove us to a bus stop to go to rusutu, arranged a shuttle to a good restaurant, and helped to arrange other things during our stay. They picked us up and dropped us off at the train station too. Breakfast was included and delicious local sort of food, with rice, miso, salad, and meat and fish. They gave me extra salad and some edamame because I'm vegetarian. The helpful staff were one of the best memories and what made this trip special for us.

I don't have anything negative to say. The location is in a farming area, which I enjoyed the serenity of. I think the somewhat isolated location make the staff determined to help guests to enjoy their stay by providing information on where to go and how to get there. We didn't have a car and taking the bus was not a problem. There are a couple of restaurants in walking distance.

Perfect place, we would come back for sure :)

Very clean and modern place. We were very happy with everything. Bed was comfortable, room nice. Everything was perfectly clean. Breakfast with views good. And tea & cofdee table in front of our room a very nice surprise, as well as provided amenities.

Nice staff with good English. Clean and quiet hotel, free parking. 5mins drive to ski area.

There is no air-conditioning on our last night stay, and a tiny room, not a really good experience .

Shared toilet very clean.

Pay for 2 rooms with mountain view but whole window was blocked by plank of wood, no view at all. Requested change of room was turned down, feel cheated, breakfast miserable also. Will nv book tis hotel again. Pay quite a high price for rooms, not worth at all.

Very good value for money in expensive Niseko

very friendly and helpful - they offered to fetch us when we said we may not be driving which is frankly unexpected. also bright and cheerful front desk - brochures near there are useful. well decorated and homey feel. free drinks - soft drinks n coffee/tea too! room heating was great.

water heating fluctuates a bit much between really hot and cold in the cold snap of early Dec - I’m not sure if you bathe really off peak it may be better…

Exceptional

The place is very new and clean and well maintained. We had a great rest with comfy beds, a quiet night, Netflix streaming and a beautiful view. The Fuji-like mountain is framed in our window, changing from green to red at sunset; the sun went up the next morning, and clouds passed by. Every minute was a new view. Beautiful stars, plus we saw fireworks nearby at night. Definitely highlight of our trip.

The window to see the view is really good design. The room is clean and comfortable. The soft drink is free flow. I totally recommend this place because it is very worth the price.

The wall is thin enough to hear people walk but that didn't matter me much personally.

Superb

We had a very relaxing stay for the week. Great views and facilities. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was pretty simple but good for taking on the slopes for lunch. The automatic espresso coffee machines were a great feature. It is easy to get around with the bus stops close by.

Excellent!

The structure is modern and clean, nothing is missing. The bus stop to reach Annupuri slopes is 2 minutes walk. Most important of all, the stuff is super kind and the owner has been as helpful and understanding as it never happened to me before. We stayed 5 nights and we would have definitely extended the stay if we could have cancelled the accommodation booked for the following nights.

The Annupuri area is not easy to enjoy if you don’t have a car. But the hotel is great and the stuff helped us out for what concerns finding restaurants that we could reach by alternative means of transportation.

Love the staff there. They are all friendly and super kind. They got the snow off of our car everyday. Love to come back to this place.

The bed was a little bit too firm for us but it was comfortable enough.
