Initially the room we chose was too small and dark.

Breakfast was lovely but the staff very unhappy if you deviated from the system- eg wanting to wait between courses.
More space in the bedroom. So tight we kept banging our shins.

Very central location. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, hawkers centre in the vicinity..
Compact shower & toilet, good toiletries & diffuser.
The staff are excellent! Always helpful, polite, accommodating & attentive. Excellent service!
Fabulous breakfast-good variety & delicious!
There’s a lovely bar with great cocktails & drinks & great snacks.
I will stay there again and I strongly recommend this lovely boutique hotel.
It was a bit hard to get into & out of king size bed as you can only get in from the end of the bed.
Lighting in room is a bit dim

as a 5 star hotel, theres no turn-down service until complain the morning after. The apology was a fruit basket half covered by a plastic sheet, not even cleanly covered, and it crumbled. The breakfast was à la cart, i understand that because of the small venue, but it was hosted by 2 staffs who would uncomfortably stand there and wait for the order. The A/C controller was downstairs, where the bed was upstairs; changing anything would require getting out of bed, going down a dangerous spiral stairs in the dark. There's a loud dehumidifier in the room; in the middle of the night, it beeps for 5' because the water tray was full. If there were a turndown service, it would probably have been turned off and prevented a small scare at night
