Signore Beniamino Buonsanti was very kind and was also very flexible in adapting our check-in time.
The apartment is right above the very busy Strada Statale 64; across the street is Bologna Centrale railway station. That makes for a rather noisy surrounding, 24/24. If you want a quiet place, maybe you should look somewhere else.
