I had a truly excellent experience at this hotel. The atmosphere was luxurious and elegant, creating a sense of comfort and exclusivity from the moment I arrived. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, always willing to help with a smile.
The cuisine was particularly impressive, offering creative and beautifully presented dishes that combined high-quality ingredients with innovative flavors. Every meal was a delightful experience.

Breakfast,lake view from balcony on 2nd floor, garden , hotel style , comfortable bed, fresh bottled water every morning, tasty food served in restaurant at a good prices
The hair dryer was a bit dirty , the water in the jacuzzi was pretty cold ,

Wonderful location and lovely well kept garden. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was OK not better or worse than buffet in other hotels.
Lack of wi-fi in the room. To get a connection one had to go down to the reception which was rather small and busy. We were also told that the hotel has no obligation to provide a television in the room when we asked why there was no English speaking channels. It was unfortunate as we stayed there when the Queen died and had no access to any information. There were plenty German, Russian even an Arabic channel. Therefore it wasn’t a good stay and we left a day earlier.
