Séjour sympathique à qqelq pas du centre ville

L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville et une rue commerçante juste à côté de l’hôtel. Le parking de l’hôtel est vraiment un plus . Le personnel très accueillant nous a donné un plan de la ville et les bonnes adresses.Merci

Дуже гарне розміщення готелю, світлий , ошатний. При першому знайомств відчуваєш себе королевою:) Є всі необхідні засоби гігієни, кавова машина, чайник , фен, сейф. Вранці є можливість замовити сніданок. Фойє готелю теж дуже красиве , вбране по різдвяному. При виселенні можна залишити валізу на зберігання.

Не вистачало холодильника, ми купували їстівні сувеніри додому. Хвилювались, щоб не зіпсувались за період проживання.

Very good value for money

Excellent location, near the North Train station, and a 10-min walk from the old city center. Very kind staff, eager to help you with everything. Large and firm bed, perfect for a good sleep, clean room, and comfortable atmosphere. Good breakfast, with almost everything you might want.

The rooms would benefit from a refurbishment - everything is clean and well maintained, but the age is showing here and there.

Satisfied and happy we found this hotel urgently after refusing to stay at other hilarious hotel we booked in advance.

Fast check-in just after the booking. All that we needed was in the room. Big comfortable bed and clean sheets. Separated toilet and bathroom (with both bath and shower cabin).

Comfortable room with all necessary for the stay (towels, disposable slippers and bathrobes, soap and hygienic supplies, coffee and tea).

Nice hotel if you're only staying a night or two

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The lobby had a ammonia smell. The room was fine but pillows weren't great. The elevator broke one night so we had to take the stairs to the fifth floor.

Ottimo hotel

Uno dei pochi hotel a 4 stelle all'estero che veramente meritano 4 stelle! Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile e la stanza era pulita e dotata di tutto ciò che serviva. Posizione ad appena 10-15 minuti a piedi dalla Grand Place ed a 300 metri da una stazione di metro. Qualità-prezzo stranamente (al giorno d'oggi) onesta.

Quite enjoyable

Staff were very friendly and the room was very comfortable.

There were extensive road works immediately outside the hotel which made access very difficult. The lift to our room suffered a fault and we were required to climb 4 flights of stairs to the the fourth floor in order to go to our room. These stairs were very poor and not what a guest would expect to be using. We were told there was no alternative.

Great hotel let down by lack of hotwater on the last 2 days

The hotel decor was nice and modern and the rooms where clean and tidy

There was no hot water for the last 2 days! No offer to moves rooms or partially refund. This was unacceptable :(

Rooms were clean. Hotel was quiet

Unfortunately when we were there there were roadworks outside, not that it was noisy but just awkward to walk in and around- we were not aware of this prior

Disappointing stay at a good location

Property is located very close to the metro and Nord station. Top Tourist attractions are 10 mins away by walk

The list is too long, but will list a few here: 1. Staff gave us a room where the AC wasn’t working. They were aware of the issue but changed the rooms only after our complaint 2. Then we were moved to a much smaller and noisy room. 3. The entrance is blocked due to some construction on the road and this leads to a lot of noise from morning 7am onwards. There is very little peace and comfort when you are in the hotel. 4. No curtains in the shower and the water was spilling everywhere . The shower area had no anti slip and that resulted in the bathroom being extremely slippery and dangerous. 5. We weren’t able to use the safe as it wasn’t working in the new room.

“Quest hotel”

Location, but the street renovation created a lot of problems to access the hotel a specially with the car

To find the room it’s a quest. Room is extremely small, conditioner was nosy, TV remote control did not work… to get to car parking entry and exit are more quests

Superb

Good location, 10 minutes walk from train station Brussel Noord, 15 minutes walk to Grote Markt. Also Metro sttaion in 5 minutes walk Rooms are large and nicely furnished It's very quiet as we had an interior room Price was also ok for the stay, 130 eur/night The area is in development, when completed will look even better

Constructions in front of the hotel Breakfast was expensive 22 eur/pers, but BXL is expensive..

Beautiful room, just 10 minutes from the Grand Place

We got upgraded to the Junior Suite. It was spacious and beautiful.

Virtually nothing. The fridge wasn't that cold but that's about it. Oh and we had to request extra pillows, again not a big deal.

I would not recommend this hotel.

Location is good. Breakfast was very good.

The room was unlike the reviews I read before booking this hotel. 1) The shower was broken and water was hitting the ceiling. I made a video to show the reception. 2) There is no water or shampoo in the room 3) The elevator system is very confusing as they have different elevator numbers and room numbers don't match the floor level. 4) Check in took forever, which was annoying with jetlag. In defense for the hotel, both people at the reception were in training but was still frustrating. 5) Pillows were horrible, worse than the things they give you on an airplane flight.
