Closeness to centre of Bangkok.
Shower facilities was not good. And they charged me for misplacing a simple hotel room key card. Then I had a small cut from a mosquito bite and when having a shower and drying myself, some of that blood came on the towel. I am on blood thinners but it was not so much. They took pictures and were unhappy about it and threatened to charge me.
Not so happy with the service to be honest.
