The staff were lovely

Nothing was good, my friend left the hotel immediately but I had to stay as I couldn't get my money back

The good quality breakfast and the pool. The other were like a one star hostel.
Everything was dirty and overused. All the carpets, furnitures, even the elevato looked old and shabby. I think this hotel was good 20 years ago but it seems this Hotel has stuck in that era. In the bathroom, the grout between the tiles was black around the tub. I hope it wasn't mold. This was the first time that we had to drink from paper cups instead of glass cups in the room. This is really a sign of saving from the hotel's point of view. There wasn't any wall outlet around the beds to charge your phones.

Everybody was nice and accommodating.
The people at the front desk are very helpful.
Our stay was very pleasant even though the hotel would need renovations. It starts looking a bit old.
The location is great, the gym is great, everyone has been super nice with us. The rooms are dark and quiet, we had a great sleep!

The location
It’s really dirty, the carpet was very dirty and sticky. The air conditioning wasn’t working and the staff didn’t help and just told us to get used to the heat.
The breakfast was very poor. You rather go to a bakery nearby and buy a fresh croissant.

Not much to be honest... breakfast was OK compared with the rest of the experience of the hotel.
The hotel was a disaster. It should be reported for pretending to be a 4* hotel. It has a general feeling of uncleanliness about it. Everything feels tired and dirty. The beds are uncomfortable and I woke up with neck ache every day. There is one solo plug socket in the room. The staff seem worn down by what I can only assume are relentless days of customer complaints.

Good size rooms, nice balcony, nice amenities such as tea/coffee in rooms and big wardrobe. Staff were friendly, great location, easy parking.
Hotel is dated, no restaurant or bar facilities, rooms need modernised.

This was a business trip. Room was not very clean - No shampoo, soap
Wouldn't agree a late checkout and when we left bags no tag was given and you lost them
Nowhere to change. Gym closed. Pool not available to use.
