We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. We particularly loved the outdoor pool, the garden and its magnificent views. A lovely extra touch was the complimentary Australian Gold sunscreen, as well as the refreshing drinks available free of charge at the spa and pool. Breakfast on the terrace was absolutely amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
There were also a few weddings taking place at the venue during our stay, and we were lucky enough to enjoy some beautiful fireworks at the hotel. What a lovely surprise!
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.
The room decor was not quite to our taste, with the dark wall and carpet colours combined with the modern furniture feeling a little gloomy. Our view of the parking lot was also quite disappointing.
We felt that the hotel’s approach to pool towels could be reconsidered from an environmental perspective. While we appreciate the luxury and convenience of having fresh towels freely available, we noticed that some guests took several towels and returned them soiled after only a few hours. This seemed like unnecessary waste. We believe that many guests would appreciate a more sustainable approach, even if it means slightly less extravagance. Perhaps a towel exchange system or a limit on the number of towels per guest could offer a good balance between comfort and environmental responsibility.

Beautiful palace and splendid breakfast. Superb staff service within the hotel. Nice sauna and spa
Pool bar service was lazy and sloppy. Menu in the palace bar is so so, nothing too fancy.

The building in itself is interesting and well renovated
The view from the main terrace and the pool is very nice
The breakfast is good and diverse
Well the attention to details is completely lacking
Surprised this is a Leading Hotel of the World as many features do not qualify
(Food and bar service really bad, no cushions on the lounge chairs at the pool, rooms are OK but really average comfort with poor mattresses, coffee at breakfast is simply not drinkable unless you take an espresso/ cappuccino …)
And the garlic smell around the lawn and pool (because they planted garlic flowers around…)
