See the horses at Dolly Parton's Stampede across the street from our front door. Fritz's Adventure is just around the corner. Home IN TOWN with a driveway and GARAGE!! All ONE level, Three bedrooms include a king master bedroom, jetted soaking tub, & walk in shower! Second queen bedroom, and the third has bunk beds with a twin bed on top, full bed on the bottom, next to another full bathroom. Living room has a sleeper sofa queen size. You will love this location in Branson, take a look at the pics! Large living room has large flat screen HD SMART TV, blue ray/dvd player, gas log fireplace, with open dining room plus full stove, refrigerator, microwave kitchen with plates, silverware, pots and pans to cook if you want, as well as coffee maker and many of the small appliances and implements you have at home. 3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 9 Bedroom 1 - Master Bedroom - King Bed Bedroom 2 - Queen Bedroom Bedroom 3 - Bunk beds with full size bed on bottom & twin on top. ALSO has a queen hide-a-bed in the living room. 2 Full Bathrooms Bathroom 1 - toilet , shower , jetted tub , Master walk in shower, jetted tub, double sink, Bathroom 2 - toilet , combination tub/shower , 2nd Full bath Childs *Pack & Play* and Meal Booster Chair Check out our DRONE VIDEO (a bit old now) you tube link below the amenities area!!! Free unlimited FAST up to 400mbps WIFI to check emails and plan your Branson shows and attractions. HD Smart tv’s & Cable tv to watch your favorite shows and the local visitor/vacation tv channels, and a washer and dryer to use to keep things clean! We have outdoor games and a basketball game in the garage, and a private porch out back you can play a game of corn hole, us our propane gas BBQ grill and enjoy life! Lots of room for everyone!! Check in time is 4pm or later. Check out time is 10am or earlier. **READ ME** We recommend that EVERYONE get trip protection for any unforeseen needs to cancel your reservation. It's peace of mind! :-) Get a policy that states “coverage/cancellation for any reason”. This place was perfect for our family! We’ve got 5 kids ranging from 16-3, and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The house had lots of accommodations to keep us active and entertained, not to mention it’s a great location in Branson! The owners were prompt, professional, and hospitable!

We stayed at this property for two weeks. One week just the two of us and the second week was spent with family and friends. So enjoyed the clean, well-stocked property, comfortable beds, garage space and convenient location to many of the area attractions. The hosts were easy to communicate with. We all had a very enjoyable time!

Loved the location close to every thing right next to the stampede. and the house was so nice I would rent it again it was clean and had everything we needed . and the owners were very prompt in answering the emails. Me and my sisters loved staying there .

There is nothing to say except this house was PERFECT! Location, comfort, cleanliness, beds, kitchen and layout! It literally had all the comforts of home! We were attending the Women of Joy conference and found the perfect place to stay for 3 old picky broads!!! Thank you Brad and Pam, your property is lovely❤️

The house was great! Very clean, great location. The cornhole boards need to be replaced & the basketballs were deflated so anyone planning to enjoy those amenities may be disappointed. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Clean and well stocked! Easy to get to and close to everything we wanted to do! We had some travel fiascos which put us at the house very late our first night. When we arrived lights were on for us and it was VERY easy to get into the property, instructions were perfect. Would highly recommend and would stay again if we are back in the area. Had one issue with the sink and the owner replied within minutes and fixed it (with our permission) within hours. Very impressed with communication.

Loved the house! It was very clean, which is always my biggest concern when renting a house. I gave a 4 star about the accuracy of the listing because the garage is not really a game room just has a mini basketball game in there, but let’s be honest not having an actual game room should not be a problem in Branson. You are literally steps away from the strip in this house and that was wonderful. No matter where we wanted to go it seemed like we were less then 2 miles away. Very nice house and I will be renting it again when we come back.

We had a great time staying at your home. It is convenient to anything that you want to do. The beds were wonderful and we were so excited that there were so many towels and washcloths left for us! Usually we have to do laundry every day but not this time! We will be back!

The house was great! We arrived a little early and were able to get in with no problem. Everything with the house was just as described; plenty of cookware, plates, etc. and spices to cook and eat at the house. The house is just off the strip and that is good and bad. From the location you can drive back roads to Silver Dollar City or Branson Landings to avoid the busy main strip. The only downside I'll say is the street the house is on doesn't have any sidewalk. We tend to be a walking group and it wasn't very convenient to walk from the house. I thought we could jump the fence across the street and cut through Dixieland Stampede, but a gate is up that prevents you from doing that, so the only option is to walk the road. We ended up driving a bit more than had hoped. Other than that minor surprise, everything else was perfect! One good surprise was how cool the house was when we arrived. Other homes we have rented, the air is set at a higher temp and the house is pretty warm when you first arrive, not the case here. We actually adjusted the air so it wasn't so cold. I appreciate wanting the guests to be comfortable from the first step in the door. We had a great time! For the price, I don't know how you can find a better stay in the Branson area.

We were in town celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary. We decided to make it a family stay so we wanted something with room for everyone. This place was convenient, and cosy. The neighbors were friendly. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

This house was so close to so many things. we were able to walk and enjoy the neighborhood park and nearby restaurants and activities. Our kids enjoyed the backyard space and the rooms were very accommodating for our family. Great communication with Brad and Pam on check in and checkout. Thank you both so much:)

So impressed and thankful to the owner who let us stay an extra day due to my husband having a migraine the night before we were supposed to leave. If I could leave a few suggestions it would be to install door stops, as we saw dents in the wall by the entrance door and front bathroom. (Prior renters 😊) Also, upgrades of some of the furniture would be great for future renters. Bed in front is way too soft and worn and the couch is in need of replacement. Recliners are more comfortable than small chairs.
