I loved it here. I stayed for 15 days and it was extremely a comfortable hotel. The team of staff were super friendly and helpful. The most important thing was the location! About 17-20 minutes from the airport and super close to various cafes, restaurants and the night market. From the hotel, I would walk daily to the Phae Gate (Old City) and it only took me around 20 minutes of walk - super convenient! The Anusarn Night Market is just 5mins away (walking) from the hotel and there are legit good massage spots nearby with affordable price and best services (I tried the hot oil massage) at Areeya Rose which was 3mins walk from the hotel. I would definitely come back and stay here again and trust me - from someone who spent 15 days 14 nights at this hotel, the price and the location WINS! Easy to get Grab/Bolt as well. There are also many temples around within walking distance. Overall, I am satisfied and a big THANK YOU to the STAR HOTEL Chiang Mai team.
Everything was good! Just a small hiccup where one of the elevator did not work but that was not a big problem because they still had another elevator.

Overall the experience is very good for the price I have stayed here about 4 times . It’s a budget hotel but you get a lot of value for the dollar staff are always friendly and fluent in English
