Very expensive for this poor facilities

The location was in lindingo that was close to our appointment..

Very bad facilities! Toilet was like a nightmare No paper to dry hand No soap to clean hand No sanitizer to clean toilet Even we informed the staff and they did not fill/fix anything. No phone to connect to reception. Toilet was in one room, shower in another room and kitchen somewhere else. It is only good for students.

This hotel has a lot of bad feedback. We read all the bad reviews after we booked and got a bit nervous but I must really say that this hotel is VERY GOOD! Clean, comfortable beds, very safe, free parking just outside the entrance. This hotel will be our first choice in Stockholm from now on! It was really clean and comfortable.

Hotel information told early breakfast possible but reception told it not possible. So we were leave from the hotel without breakfast even it include in the price.

Perfect for SOLO travellers

Staff was very friendly. Room and washroom were very clean. The receptionist was incredibly nice and gave me a lot of tips on how to explore Stockholm in 2 days. The location is not the greatest, however, there's a bus stop down the street where you can take a bus to a subway station and then take a train downtown. It sounds complicated, but it was super easy to get downtown.

The washroom situation was a little weird, but I knew from the beginning that the bathroom wouldn't be adjoined to the room, which was fine. The problem was the noise from other people going in and out of the bathrooms in the middle of the night. But again, can't complain much taking into consideration the price of the rooms. Also, I wish my bathroom was right across the hallway, which it wasn't.

Room was advertised with private bathroom, in fact the space was shared with another room. No room with private bathroom could be offered. Walls paper thin and wole up several times from neighboring rooms.

it ruined my trust to Booking.com

I have trusted booking. com and reserved a room via this website. However, the service I received was complete different as it was described and was a horrible experience. There were man thing as kettle, water, cup, heater missing while they were in the list. There was only a smal electric heater next to bed. Toilet and bathroom were not in the room and private despite the advertisement. There were no owner or responsible at first place when I saw the situation, and I even couldn’t do anything there. I contacted booking. com and they were only sorry about that. That is really frustrating. I attached here the photos of real room and the advertisement for your notice. You can see their explanation is lie about the description of the room.

Good value for the money

Location was good. It was easy to take public transportation to the city center. I also like the convenience I could park my car in a pay parking garage nearby. Good value for the money! Breakfast was fine.

It was a little challenging to have a toilet and bath outside the hotel room. However, it was close to the room, not shared, and very cleanly maintained.

Gym is not in the hotel while they mention it, the rooms are waaaay smaller than shown , staff is friendly tho

The hotel lounge has festive decoration that were quite warm. Staff were friendly. Location close to public transport.

The way leading from entrance to my room through the lift had quite a few staircases. Not sure if most visitors travel with their suitcases walking by themselves.

Breakfast was great. Good selection of foods, only the TV running very loudly in the breakfast room

I booked a single room. The size, standard and quality of this room was absolutely below any standards and definitely what was promised to be when booking on Booking.com. The room was tiny, cold, the bed and mattress were really poor quality, the bathroom was across the hall. I upgraded to a double-bedroom and it was like staying at a different hotel. A difference of quality and standards like this within one hotel is not acceptable.

Clean and comfy

The hotel and the room were very clean and comfy. Check in was also very flexible and it was well informed before arrival. Breakfast was good.

I couldn't find the check out info so it would be nice that instructions of the check out would be informed somewhere.

Everything was clean and tidy. Nice for the kids. Baths separated from rooms but were extremely clean and nice

The sofa could be more comfortable. Nothing about the beds. Nice quality and comfortability.

Great breakfast! Location is near city center and public transpo is very accessible. Staffs were welcoming and freindly.

Sitting on the sofa feels uncomfortable due to blood-stain like on it. Going out the room to pee at night, though expected. Otherswise, everythings was worth the price.
