We loved this hotel and wish we were staying more than one night. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly. We had the apartment room which was wondering as we were traveling 2 adults and 2 kids. Grounds were beautiful. The breakfast was a nice way to taste a variety of foods. All was delicious. Short walk to main square. Do forget to sample the local hard cider. Would stay here again.
You made everything easy. We don't have any complaints.

The hotel is located at the edge of the old city, which is perfect for exploring the historic sites. The rooms are sufficiently spacious, the furniture solid. The tea/coffee bars on each floor are very generous. Check-in was extremely efficient, the staff exceptionally competent and friendly

The property itself has a great potential, which unfortunately is not used. The close proximity to the old town makes the hotel attractive.
At the very entrance the air was stiff and the scent unpleasant. By check in it would be nice to see a smile at the receptionist’s face. Basically out of all staff I think only few people were happy.
The room was small and dark. The coin that was lying at the bottom of the toilet when we entered the bathroom was still lying there after the room was cleaned.
Breakfast buffet was nothing special.
