A good location with lots of street food stalls and cafes around. Despite this, it was still quiet. I was on the fourth floor and not on the roadside so this may have helped. The furniture was old but that went with the traditional vibe of the place. Ie. The door used a padlock rather than a modern keycard. So, it's a great place if you want the old skool feel. I arrived after 6pm so I had to self-check-in. I was sent details instructions about what to do before my arrival.
Very slow WiFi in the room at just 1 mbps. There was a router outside the room but it was unplug. The speed tests came out at 30 mbps when standing next to the router on the floor below. So if you need fast WiFi, ask for the right room.

Good location and good sized room. Wonderful to have the option of the terrace where we watched the sunset and played cards. Lovely speciality coffee shop just across the road!
We didn’t use our balcony as it backed onto the street on the ground floor. The beds were really hard and uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep well the 2 nights we were there due to noise from other guests and being on ground floor. I would also avoid paying extra for the breakfast option.

The room didn’t have enough natural light, with the balcony window facing a high fence, so there was no view at all. It looked like a sad room, but it was very clean and probably good for sleeping and watching TV. Just not a room I’d want to live in.
