Pokoje byl velmi čistý, snídaně byla chutná s dostatečným výběrem. Personál byl příjemný a ochotný.

Pokoj byl velmi malý a díky šikmému stropu působil stísněně. Wi-Fi téměř nefungovala, byla velmi slabá a často vypadávala.

za mało personelu, jeden kelner i jeden kucharz to zdecydowanie za mało. czas oczekiwania na posiłek(kolacja) około 1,5 godziny. w recepcji brak obsługi, zawsze pusto.

Comfortable appartment in a village close to Prudnik, plenty of space for sitting outside, good breakfast with a delicious coffee. Great burgers in a restaurant.

It took a long time for the warm water to flow, window nets would be useful.

Surroundings, beautiful view for mountains, gentleman who served breakfast.

Receptionist. We were waiting and ringing the bell for 20mins. No one showed up. We had to look for a hotel mobile and give a call to be able to check-in.

The property looks more appealing on pictures than it is in real life, but this does not mean it is not nice. It is solid quality, clean, the surroundings are very nice. Clean bathroom, nice breakfast.

There was nothing did not like, but the beds could be a bit more comfortable, because with these the place is more like a B&B than a Resort.

Rooms are directly located under the roof, which is not convenient at all. Even my 5 year old daughter was bumping her head every time she stood up… Low quality breakfast and we were forced to buy breakfast for all guests from the room, even for the ones who don’t have breakfast in the morning…

Woods around, good parking, teapot in the room, not bad breakfast.

No big deal, but a hair dryer would be handy. Also, beware, the restaurant is closed on Mondays (not that understandable for a “business” hotel)
