Posizione ottima, la città vecchia si raggiunge facilmente con il bus che passa proprio sotto la casa. Renata host cortese e disponibile; camera pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario, con un balcone con splendido affaccio sul mare. Inoltre comodissimo il parcheggio privato al costo di 10€ al giorno.
Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovato

Good price for the accommodation. We had a wonderful 2 days in Dubrovnik. The bus is right in front of the apartment which made it easy to go in the old town, but we also walked easily for about 30min (to go back is harder due to the stairs all over the city).
Great view from the balcony especially during sunset.
Communication with the host during checkout was a bit slow … we waited over 30min after the checkout time to have an answer to know if we needed to leave the keys or give them to the host. But besides that everything was great.

It's a great location right at the edge of Dubrovnik with a magnificent view over the sea and old town. The host was very friendly, she gave us tips and suggestions on activities and how to get around. The place offers a paid parking spot which is a big plus for Dubrovnik, on top of that, right in front of the property there is a bus stop that takes you all the way down to the old town. Basically while staying here you don't need to use the car which for us was a great relief.
While the place is fairly clean and spacious the bathroom definetly needs attention The ventilation wasn't working and there was a permanent damp smell. There was no mold to be seen but it wasnt pleasant either.
