L'appartement, envrez de chaussée, est situé dans un quartier très calme à environ 15 min à pied de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik par un chemin pieton. L'équipement était conforme à ce qui était indiqué. La climatisation était dans chaque pièce. La literie était de très bonne qualité. Un grand merci à notre hôte Ana qui était très réactive !

Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas toujours. La salle de bain-WC ne fermait pas à clé. On aurait apprécié une machine à café avec dosette.

Lokalizacja w cichej i spokojnej części Dubrownika jednocześnie blisko starówki , ok. 10 minut piechotą do Bramy Pile. Świetny kontakt z opiekunką apartamentu. Na miejscu czekała na nas przemiła i pomocna Ana. Przekazała dużo przydatnych informacji np. jak się poruszać autobusami miejskimi, gdzie są przystanki, sklepik spożywczy, co warto zobaczyć itp.

L'attention aux détails : le logement était vraiment préparé pour notre arrivée. Relativement bien situé et avec un bon confort, je pense que le rapport qualité prix est très correct ! Le quartier est très agréable

The most unpleasant issue was the host’s unjustified demand for an additional €50 cleaning fee. This request was sent only after the booking had been completed. We carefully read the detailed description of the apartment but found no information about this additional charge. During our one-week stay, the apartment was not cleaned even once. At the same time, no cleaning supplies or equipment were provided for guests to clean it themselves. The host asked us to leave the €50 in the key box in cash only, without providing a receipt or any other confirmation of payment. After contacting Booking.com Customer Service, we were explicitly advised not to pay the additional €50, as this fee was not indicated in our booking conditions. After we had checked out, the host sent us a message that was outwardly very polite but had a clearly aggressive and threatening tone, including a threat to take legal action to recover the money. If you encounter a similar situation, I strongly recommend contacting Booking.com Customer Service. They can review the situation and assist you. There were also numerous other problems: a constantly buzzing air conditioner, which was only attended to about 8 hours later and without any prior notice; unstable Wi-Fi; only cold water in the shower; no extractor fan in the bathroom or kitchen; and dusty pictures, shelves and bedside lamps. The curtain repeatedly came off because of a defective curtain rail. The kitchen table consists of two separate parts, with the legs and glass tabletop not properly integrated. There is a TV, but the antenna is bent and there was no signal. The apartment also contained numerous unnecessary and dusty brochures, leaflets and advertisements taking up a considerable amount of space. Overall, despite the good location, the number of problems and, most importantly, the way the additional €50 payment was handled made our stay very disappointing.
