Lovely clean rooms and staff were very helpful letting us check in early after a long day of travel
My locker didn’t work but fortunately I had a locks with me for my bags

Absolutely loved the vintage style of the interior design- someone has put a lot of thought into this, and created a quirky space which feels unique. The common area is very welcoming and relaxing, plenty of seats and a kitchen, as well as books and games. Everything was kept very clean and tidy, the staff were all lovely.
There were no privacy curtains, but the layout of the female dorm meant that wasn't really a problem.

The room was quite spacious and close to the the met station as well as a mall
There weren’t any windows and the curtain roller was broken so we didn’t have much sunlight in the room :(

The location was great. Very close to the temples and not far from the city main attractions (chinatown, the riverside...).
The staff were friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, I was uncomfortable with one incident where a staff member entered the room in the morning without knocking. Additionally, there was a strange smell in the room, and the kitchen area wasn't clean during my stay. I also noticed a few cockroaches, which was disappointing. The place has potential, but cleanliness and privacy need improvement.
