The property is well maintained and the staff is absolutely excellent!
No complaints. You aren’t paying for a luxury hotel room so you shouldn’t expect that. According to the rate you pay, I was pleasantly surprised, they are absolutely wonderful.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel Anapuri en Niseko fue una experiencia verdaderamente extraordinaria. Desde el primer momento, todo el equipo nos atendió de forma increíblemente cercana y amable, haciéndonos sentir como en casa durante toda nuestra estancia.
Queremos hacer una mención especial a **Will**, quien estaba trabajando ahí durante su periodo de verano. Fue sumamente atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y con una actitud excepcional. Además, preparó personalmente el desayuno para nosotros, y fue una gran sorpresa. Después de más de un mes viajando por Asia, donde no estamos tan acostumbrados a la comida local, el desayuno estilo americano fue simplemente impresionante: delicioso, bien preparado y justo lo que necesitábamos.
Como única observación menor, encontramos unos pequeños bichitos en la habitación al inicio (fueron tres). Los retiramos y no volvió a presentarse ningún problema durante el resto de la estancia. Fuera de ese detalle, todo fue impecable.
En general, la experiencia fue excepcional y sin duda recomendaríamos Anapuri a cualquiera que visite Niseko. Un lugar cálido, bien atendido y con un servicio que realmente marca la diferencia.

the staff was exceptional! Very knowledgeable and very helpful. also a very short walk from the lift and ticket office.
not too many food options within walking distance once the slopes close. Not a big deal, you just need to plan ahead.

A walk distance to the gondola, love the breakfast, the chef was very nice. Staff were very nice.
The shower rooms were not clean, blocked drain, the male toilet door lock was broken. Somehow I got checked in with no introduction to the facility.
