Great place to stay when visiting Dubrovnik. About 10-15 min walk down to the old town with view of the bay. On the way back its uphill up the stairs but that wasn't a problem for us. There is also a bus apparently. Would stay here again.
Nothing. One airco make sound when turned on which may bother someone during sleep but it wasn't an issue.

I would say this is a luxury apartment. It looks like it's newly refurbished, big kitchen, lovley shower. Comfortable bed, and sofa bed. Fruit trees growing on the terrace, with plenty of space to relax. Good WiFi, and air conditioning. Not much more to ask for. The host is very friendly, and happy to help with any questions.
We knew about the steps down (and up) to the town, so it's not a big problem. There's a bus you can get to avoid these... or not, if you want a workout!

The host was very friendly and supportive. We got a late flight (close to midnight which we noticed him before our arrival and he was so kind to wait for us and went through all the details about the apartment, the city, location, bus route and how it goes. The welcome drinks really help us since we couldn’t get to any convenient store nearby due to late hours.
One week before our flight, he also texted and guided us everything how we could get to his place with Uber.
We have had such a pleasant stay!
The location is close to the old town, with lots of stairs down so it’s very easy and fast to get there. On the way back, Uber is quite convenient to catch or there’s also bus route so you won’t need to climb lots of stairs back up 😊.

The apartment is 2 km's from the old town. 15 minutes to go and 20 minutes to return. the return had a lot of steps that were too tiring to climb (almost 300).
