The staff was really nice. The building was stunning and very well preserved.

Very calm, very clean, very beautiful place and very closed from city center

I walked out of my way to see this old building and resort. Premises are still a bit of renovating but to look dining room and so called office room - they were nicely returned to early 1900 century. Rooms remainded of old time but still with toilet,shower.

I hope that in a future they are offering some kind of dinner or breakfast in there. No I needed to survive with my own Coce, chips and cookies. Closest bar is about two km away but if football is on tv - no food offered - just drinks.

Almost everything about this hotel was excellent. Katarina was an exemplary hostess and the breakfasts she provided were fabulous. The hotel has been beautifully decorated,, though some aspects are yet to receive the treatment. We would stay there again without a doubt.

The beds were too hard and way too small for two people to sleep comfortably. Even though they might not be in keeping with the traditional decor, the rooms could do with modern king size beds.

It's quite far away from the bigger towns. Neither Google Maps, nor TomTom sat navigation, nor BMW navigation finds the route to the property. It was difficult to find and even difficult to reach it with a car due to the very narrow path.

Breakfast was gorgeous, the bed exactly I needed, bathroom facilities very good and the host representative Andréa Catarina was very kind, helpful and friendly.

Beautiful location. The house had character and original features. Views were great. I think with good weather the property would be wonderful.

Check in - we were asked what time we would arrive and no one was there. Check out - they locked the main gate which meant we couldn't get to our car at 3am. Both were resolved quickly by the staff with a phone call (no one on site) but was an added stress.

Everything!! :) From the reception to the facilities and excellent breakfeast!! Everyone was super welcoming and charming!! The room size is great, very good facilities and confortable bed. We felt like at home.

Lovely Villa finished to a very high standard

The listing it TOTALLY misleading - The accomodation is NOT at the hotel it is a separate villa next to the hotel with no access to the hotel or its amenities - The villa is very nice but not what we expected at all. The listing states breakfast and dinner available at the hotel this is not the case. The contact at the hotel purchased breakfast & delivered it everyday but the listing misleads you to think you will visit the hotel restaurant. The pool is the pictures was not accessible and we were told we were not allowed to use it. We had a smaller pool next to the garage under the villa again not what we were expecting. Having a nice pool was one of the main reasons we booked this - I would suggest you contact the owners to amend this listing and insist they advertise the villa as a separate listing with a full genuine explanation of what is on offer. The listing states there is a dishwasher, outside furniture and a barbeque - None of these things were available
