High on a hill in the private, gated community of Rams Hill, our 3,000 sq. ft. custom home takes full advantage of stunning views of the surrounding mountains and desert floor of Anza-Borrego State Park. Step inside and a soaring, beamed ceiling welcomes you to an open-concept living-dining entertainment space with soothing decor throughout, reflecting the desert's serenity. Gazing through a long bank of sliding glass doors, you'll spot a huge turquoise pool with large spa and spacious patio, inviting you outside to relax while enjoying those amazing views—day and night.
Borrego Springs is the only officially designated “Dark Sky Community” in all of California. Read the reviews of this home to “hear" the enthusiasm of prior guests as amazed by views of the Milky Way, constellations, meteor showers and far away nebulae, as the desert vistas, hiking opportunities and spring wildflowers!
All on one level, our home can comfortably sleep 6, with three roomy bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms (2 are en suites). The kitchen is very large and well equipped, serving a more formal dining room and pass-through bar as well as a casual eating area. A natural-stone gas fireplace stands ready to ward off the chill of a cool evening. The laundry room features a full-size washer & dryer, and there is room for two cars in the garage. (Note: All cars must be parked either in the garage or in the driveway; Rams Hill does not allow street parking.) Our home is fully walled and gated, with some grassy areas, making it suitable for a furry guest!*
You're only a short drive from all that Anza-Borrego State Park and the charming town of Borrego Springs itself, have to offer, but you also have the amenities of Ram's Hill at your disposal. From the award-winning Tom Fazio golf course and gorgeous clubhouse restaurant (please contact the pro shop for green fees and tee times; note that course and clubhouse are closed from Jul 1 - Nov 1) to tennis courts and an additional pool and spa within walking distance of the house, this is the perfect place to getaway as a couple, or with friends and family any time of the year!

Pam and Ted's place was wonderful! The property felt so private, with the wonderful enclosed backyard and front yard. The pool was wonderful and refreshing in the heat!The kitchen was fantastic for cooking up meals and had everything that we needed and more. The place was very clean, beautifully decorated, and relaxing. Pam and Ted were very friendly and responsive. They sent some recommendations on places to go nearby and got back to us promptly any time I had a question. I would definitely return!

Pam and Ted make this place more beautiful and more comfortable every time I come. The pics don’t do it justice. Borrego (the desert and the town) is thriving and gorgeous in April. The pool is a little cold but my family still went in, and there is a jacuzzi where I spent most of my time ;) it’s so quiet and peaceful. The view is matchless. The clubhouse restaurant was phenomenal and beautiful, I got my Starbucks every morning at La Casa del Zorro, and a massage one of the days of our visit. I’ve been here countless times, and it’s always a breeze and a pleasure working with Pam and Ted and staying at this house.
