well maintained property with beautiful terrace, jacuzzi is cool and working. location is central close to everything in walking distance, facilities were clean, easy check in, worth the price. separate thanks to the host lady who was always in touch and helped me during the stay

Style, cleneles, location.

That bedroom and living room and kitchen is actualy jn one big room. (I expected sepate bedroom)

The place was very clean and the location is also very good. It is right next to Calle de la Noria, where you have some nice places to have some drinks and something to eat.

Unfortunately we couldn't use the jacuzzi or terrace! We went up twice and each time we disturbed a naked couple in bed. They had their room next to the entrance from the terrace and left the door open. Very rude of them to claim the area for themselves! The next day in the morning we wanted to try a third time and the terrace was locked,....... Also the air-conditioning is only in the bedroom and to weak to cool down the whole apartment. We kept the doors to the windows in the living room shut so it was ok. Wish I could give a better review, but as we weren't able to use everything that would have been included in the price I can't.

We had to sleep on the sofa bed as the friends had the bedroom and that was pretty uncomfortable. dipped in the middle so had a pretty sore back in the morning.

Late check in

Everything. Great location for investigating the city and transit routes. The upstairs balcony and hot tub were a delight in the evening as well. Overall it was grand - It even had a friendly ghost. Definitely worth the money.

Great location and very nice apartments. Very nice and helpful host and smooth check in.

No cleaning supplies available to use and toilets were smelly. Only one key to main door, without key chain, making it more difficult to keep track off.

Not as advertised. Poor facilities. Very dated. Bathroom shower curtain filthy. Very disappointing stay would not return.

A lovely apartment with a beautiful balcony and great location. A couple of handy tips on beaches and restaurants to visit in the apartment.

Unfortunately there was a security issue which the owner did apologize for and hopefully it has been rectified for future guests. If that hadn't of occured it would have been a perfect stay.

High ceilings

The room smelled, the shower faucet was broken and ill aligned, the shower curtain was moldy, the person never contacted me to give me the code or a place I could leave my luggage and I had to call them myself. the jacuzzi was cold and the view from the terrace grim.

Good location

There is no reception since they are apartments.

The location is great, close to city center and ocean side ( yacht port ). There are paid parking in the area and also free street parking. Also, exactly near the apartment, there is also street parking ( For the Theatre nearby. I guess free in the weekend, but because from host nobody told us nothing, we parked far away :( )

1. The water in jacuzzi is at 24,5 degrees. Jacuzzi is just to catch customers, not to be used :(. We chose this apartment because in this period the water ( everywhere - ocean, pools ) is too cold and we would like to get a hot bath in an open space. But it didn't happen. 2. The smell. The apartment is near the restaurants and it smells terrible from hot grease frying fish.

Difficult to find keys. Really bad styled and loveless furnished. No elevator!!!! Super difficult with luggage. Kitchen bad equipped. No watercooker. No bottleopeber. No parking because in pedestrian zone. Public parking place neer but difficult per food over loooong public stairway. Luggage!!!!!!! Description of aptm promises 100 times more than it can keep.

Fantastic location with a shared roof terrace, fantastic city views, sun loungers, a Balinese bed and jacuzzi. Lovely retro room with high ceilings and original features restored to a high level.

Some of the kitchen cupboard door fixings were poor quality which was a shame considering the amount of money spent on renovating the apartments and building. Intermittent smell from the drains in the bathroom. We know the area well so we knew to expect some noise from the bars and restaurants in the street below the apartment.
